+ 3 Some of you guys are killing me! (Proper Cycle Format)

ad

Look. if you want to be taken seriously and get sound guidance on your cycles LEARN HOW TO MAP A CYCLE PROPERLY! personally when I click onto a cycle and it looks like this I just keep clicking

EXAMPLE:
week 1: xxxx
week 2: xxxx
week 3: xxxx
week 4: xxxx
week 5: xxxx
week 6: xxxx
week 7: xxxx
week 8: xxxx
week 9: xxxx
week 10:xxxx
week 11:xxxx
week 12:xxxx
week 13 :xxxx
week 14:xxxx
week 15: xxxx
week 16: xxxx

There is a simple, basic universal format that is much less frenetic to look at and not only does it make it easier to help you, you don't look like this is your first rodeo -

EXAMPLE:
wks 1-4 xxxx (usually a kicker)
wks 1-12 xxxx (usually your base test)
wks 1-12 xxxx (second compound if necessary)
wks 13-14 xxxx (taper if necessary)
PCT
wks 15-18 xxxx
wks 15-18 xxxx

I think you guys may get better responses and help for your cycles using this simple format

Good point: INCLUDE STATS!

What are you saying?! You want us to organize information..... CRAZY! The sad part is the only people that will prolly see this don't need to.

I must say I used to spend a lot more time in the cycle logs then I do now because I hate to look at sloppy work, it translates so well to life. If you can't put together a decent cycle log, how you gonna put together anything else...

Including previous cycle info also vital for us to provide cycle advice.

Fuck; mine looks like that. can I get away with it since I'm running one compound only? LOL

Just to clarify are you saying you would like to see cycle logs with the list format as well?

cycle logs have a predetermined format... I'm talking about guys popping into THIS forum trying to get advice or fine tune... If it looks like a hornets nest I just pass it up (as I'm sure many others do)
