Thanks for the input guys, I am gonna go with HGH for the next 50 days as a start, I'm a continuing to loose weight pretty drastically with a high protein intermittent fasting diet. My plan is to start off with 2iu of hgh and then jump it to 4iu everyday. I can only say for sure that Ill be on HGH for 50 days seeing that its gonna cost me around $500. I will see where my body fat is after the 50 days and go from there. I will also try to get blood-work done, my blood was perfect as of last month but didn't get my Testosterone checked simply because I thought it was weird to ask him. Ill be a little more bold and ask to get that checked as well.
Thanks
Bro, I wish you wouldn't keep agonizing about this. It could be my imagination but you are asking this same question over and over and over again. The lower the better. Magic number. Doesn't exist. Run your cycle. You're not gonna croak if you run a cycle with high BF. The more adipose tissue, the more estrogen receptors and so on and so forth . . . and there's info all over this board on this subject. We don't need to re-key it for you . . . . .
This is my opinion. It doesn't matter your body fat. It matters your test levels. Now you maybe able to bring your natural test levels up by eating right and exercise. You need blood work. If a fat person runs a cycle the sides are much worse. Ex if you elevate a persons blood pressure that already has high blood pressure they die. BLOOD WORK IS A MUST.
Best if a doctor is advising you as well. Also with simple diet and workout you could be at your goal weight in no time.
My opinion is that only blood work can answer this question. Your body has been in an unhealthy state for some time and you need to get your bloods into the normal range before thinking about a cycle. I'm sure you didn't gain the weight over night so you should have some patience in getting rid of it. I don't buy into the 15% rule that is all over the Internet because everyone is so different. When a man is over weight for extended periods of time it can be hell on their natural Test and Estrogen levels, and sometimes they get to a point where even with good diet and training their bodies don't respond as well to the training and progress slows way down. My suggestion is to go get bloods done and in the mean time stick around here reading everything you can to educate yourself on AAS so when you are ready you can make the right choice to help get you to your goal. BTW congratulations on your hard work you should be very proud of yourself, you don't lose 80lbs by half assing it. Keep it up and good luck.
like this answer. +1
Common is 15%. When I saw my Endo 3 years ago I was 30%bf and he prescribed me trt. I could look at a cheeseburger and gain 10 pounds. Fast forward to today and i am at 18%; only because I am not a hardcore athlete and I still like to eat. I exercise for strength and power only.
15% so you still have a way to go, but welldone on losing the weight that you have!
Stats
Age: 26
Height: 5'10
Weight: 250
BF: 27%
What are you goals?
How long have you been lifting? I saw on your page you said you lost 80lbs congrats on that bro.
15% is a common number used as a good starting point. The more important thing is you need to make sure your body as a whole is ready to handle a cycle. Bf is just one aspect. Don't cut yourself short and jump on AAS too soon, I would say you need to keep doing research. Read the stickies and use the magnifying glass to further search for more specific info. There is a ton on this site.
Most guys would recommend about 15-17% from what I have read but there also seems to be a split in that thought as well. Some guys will run the cutters while there dropping weight too. Of course this is just what I have read so take it with a grain of salt.
