Ive been watching my sodium and also have been taking my Ai's. at first my hands and feet would swell but now just my ankles swell from water retention and I cant seem to reverse it. is there anything I should do

JayD718I'm wasn't trying to scare you, but swelling of the extremities could be a sign of some serious health conditions, such as heart failure and others. That's why I recommended getting your heart checked! But that's really great news, that you said of the swelling going down. However, maybe you should still go to the doctor and discuss the situation!
You may just need something like HCTZ to shed some water but not a bad idea to go get a complete check up.
Holding water like that is never a sign of positive health bro, I would definitely talk to my doc see what is causing that
thanks for your advice but I actually started drinking a lot more water and just like magic i woke up the next morning and the swelling is commplety gone

I know... I absolutely hate it.. pretty much I've beet told to really watch my diet, my water intake my sleep and my Ai's.. I also want to mention I bought some compression socks that seem to work quite well.. since I've been wearing them the swelling from the water in my ankles has gone down almost completely

Without knowing details of your diet, compounds used, results in bloodwork.....it’s just a guessing game.... I will say tho, be careful with that much adex... could crash your estro pretty quick that way, depending on what compounds you are using and your conversion sensitivity
What was your estrogen level at on the blood test? Thats the only way to know if you need an ai and how much to take.. How much water are you drinking? Unless you're fully hydrated your body goes survival mode and will hold onto any excess water it can. Are you using anything like dbol or anadrol? Not a whole lot of info in your post

im currently taking 1mg of Anastrozole every other day i started with half that to begin with but the swelling in my hands and feet wouldnt go down so i uped the dossage to a full mg... was this the right move
