Women’s Anavar Cycle

Running my first cycle. 10mg daily. 5mg morning and 5mg evening. Only real side effects I’m catching is a
stupid amount of pump/tightness going into my 3rd week. Then ofcourse the occasional mood swing. Anyone else experience the extreme pump/any advisement to not feel so knotted up post workout? I’m staying fairly tight in my biceps and back shoulders (traps and lats).

Var and pumps go together like peanut butter and jelly.
Hopefully you have a reputable source for Var as it is imperative for women to the product is , in fact real.
I concur with Sam below. Add Taurine and up your water. Lots of stretching including Yoga and Thai Chi will also help.
Enjoy it as best you can!! Lol.
Stretching will always help and a jacuzzi wouldn't do you any harm.
Or you could get your fella involved, I'm sure a good run down with some baby oil would be great for the both of you.

If its lactic buildup, a hot tub right after keeps blood flowing nicely. Stretch while in the soak. Squeeze out lactic and the bloodflow will bring in what your body needs to revover

My thoughts exactly! The intense pump is part of the beauty of ANAVAR.
Anavar is usually ok wit mood swings for most. As far as the back pumps you can try stretching a lot before and after workout.
Back pumps are just an unfortunate side effect of many orals, take some taurine, it helps tremendously, don't even need a huge dose really. If a little doesn't do the trick try upping dose until it does.
