MOUNTAINSIDE-MEDICAL.COM is listed in the sources for accessories. they are domestic and reasonable. they have other stuff too. i used them and it was easy.

I get mine from the hospital pharmacy, it's $2.99 vs. $10.00 online. They look at me sideways, but WGaF.
