Fitness watches

ad

Anyone have any good suggestions on fitness watches. I was looking at one by Atlas that looks nice but haven't heard any feedback. Wondering if I should just stick with the Fitbit. Anyone use either of these?

I got a Fitbit Surge, I like it. It was a gift, if you are an apple person I would go with the Apple Watch for sure. Samsung makes a nice one too.
Definitely don’t bother with any of the ones less than a hundred bucks “you get what you pay for”

I use mine constantly for tracking my activity It comes in handy when you are on a healthy calorie deficit.

Remember I said a healthy deficit, not a extreme deficit.

Samsung gear s3, not only for looks but also for being user friendly

Another vote for Apple watch for ease of use, I like to keep some aspects of my routine simple.

I use a MIO Fuse. Whatever you get make sure that it has instant heart rate monitoring. Many of them only a take a reading once every minute which is fine if just sitting at your desk but is pretty useless when exercising, especially with HIIT training.

Awesome. What are you using to log calories? I've been using Myfitnesspal

Apple Watch all day, it records everything and takes your heart rate constantly, records your active calories and your resting so when it comes time to cut or bulk your calories are almost spot on
