+ 10 Water retention and growth hormone

ad

Well anyone who's used growth can tell you (dose dependent) that they've experienced water retention, again this is dose dependent. I've experienced a good amount of water retention while on my SCB (short burst cycle). On 7 weeks of GH+AAS, my dose went from 2-4-6-8 units of growth in a very short time period. Although this is not the recommend protocol, it's what was needed for the cycle.

I noticed around week 5 that my abs were starting to disappear slowly. Fully knowing the growth was well in effect with its notorious water bloat, I ventured and researched as to why we bloat on growth hormone.

I sure alot of you guys know the difference between AAS bloat and GH bloat.
AAS bloat can be caused by a number of things, one big one being estro build up. However with growth hormone that's not the case. The water retension from HGH is due to increased secretion of a hormone called -ADH (anti- diuretic hormone) and like HGH it comes from the posterior pituitary gland.
So knowing that growth hormone makes ADH go up, ADH makes water retention goes up, which can cause (that is based on the indivual) higher blood pressure. ADH is dose dependent of GH, which is why you should be safe and drop the dose if blood pressure goes up too high, until your circulatory system adjusts to handle it. Now this is where I've read many different things about the purity of HGH. Alot of people say that quality HGH will not make your BP rise as where bunk/cheap peptides will make your BP rise. I would actually love TREAD to chime in on this and here what he has to say about it! (Being his experience level with growth is up there haha)

So after reading more I found a drug called "clonidine" is what some doctors would recommend to their patients. What this drugs primary action is retarding ADH secretion. From what I've read the "normal/common" dose of clonidine would be .2mg every 12 hours and again I'm sure this depends on the indivual. Another interesting thing I noticed about this drug is its the safest high blood pressure medicine. It causes no side effects, and no impotency of any kind, which isnfucking amazing lol. I've been on BP meds before, can't remember the name of it but I'm not sure if it gave me limo dick or ot haha. The shitty thing about all of this is I couldn't find any medical evidence to support this theory, but from what I've read it seems to be alot of peoples go to choice.
Also supplementing with potassium seems to aide people with bloat, BUT you have to be careful not to go over board with as it can cause kidney problems.

I was searching the forums for this topic because I am having the same issue. One thing I have found helpful that I actually enjoy is dandelion tea.

It knocks out bloat overnight. I brew two bags instead of one, ad a teaspoon of splenda or honey and drink it over ice. It actually tastes pretty good.

do you only take this once a day?

once or twice, the box said three times a day is ok but it's not that tasty lol

I started trying it... tastes better if you double bag with a regular bag of green tea or green tea with ginger

According to Dr. Edmund Chien, one of the first to use HGH in the U.S., dividing the dose 1/2 before bed and upon rising helps reduce sides. Also recommended, dosing 6 days/week. Good post... +1

good post,good guy!++1 i run until 5ius/day and my abs disappeared,lol
Generally 2ius /day for fatloss and anti-aging are well tolerated without too much water

It usually takes me about 3 weeks to shed off the water weight from GH. Thats when you see the real results of how great GH is. since adding GH to my regimen, I would never go without it. It has changed my composition completely. adding new muscle fibers and then when you get on AAS build upon the new fibers. amazing stuff for sure.
