Take the first name of the president from the year you were born, "millard" and the last name of the president of the year you joined the website, "obama" and then add 001 to it, if you ever need to change it, it progresses to 002, then 003 etc.
So yes my password to eroids.com is "millardobama003", nobody will ever figure it out.
