Hello all,
As you see i'm new to the group here. 29 years old, been training with a dedicated diet and workout regime for about 4 years now but worked out on and off prior to this. Finally ready to put on some real size and take my physique to the next level. I did months of research prior to making my decision to use AAS and found this site had a great deal of experience to learn from. Had blood work done to see my test levels and was actually shocked to see they were shit for my age at 175 ng/dl. Im on a TRT 200mg cyp dose weekly now and doing a blast for the next 2 1/2 months before going back to my cruising dose. Here to learn and get advice from the experts.

Welome to eroids
Thanks, happy to learn here.
Ive only been on for 2 weeks now. Im getting my blood work done again in 2 weeks to see where my levels are at. I didn't choose 200mg it was prescribed by my doctor. If levels are well above normal range we lower the dosage.
TRT with 200mgs/week?
I have a script for 200. I don’t cruise that high but they do write them that high.
RustyhookerSo youre fully cycling year round. Smh....
DUDE, YOURE EFFIN UP BADLY! Age: 29...Height:..5'11....Weight: 150....BF:
Like I said it's only been 2 weeks. We check my levels in another 1-2 weeks. If they are above normal range we definitely lower it.
Rustyhooker"Im on a TRT 200mg cyp dose weekly now and doing a blast for the next 2 1/2 months before going back to my cruising dose"
Really? Thats your wording. Blasting at 150 pounds....wow
After reading your comment i'm definitely reconsidering doing a blast now. I think i'll just stick to my TRT dose. If blood work comes back high then Ill adjust accordingly. With this being my first experience with AAS its probably wise to stick to a low dosage and never do a blast. My goal is to do this as healthy as possible and be in the upper range for test levels like 800-900. Any advice on the way would be greatly appreciated. 175 ng/dl was a hard pill to swallow at my age.
RustyhookerFollow your dr orders for a year. If you eat and lift properly, youll be up with great mass and not harming your heart and organs.
Its your body. But no need for heart attack, strokes etc before your kids are outta high school.
I agree with that. Thanks for scaring me straight on that one. I'm glad I didn't choose to go that route. I really enjoy lifting so I'm not in a rush to put on colossal size immediately. From what I've read and what you suggested I will gain plenty on proper nutrition, sleep, and my doctors TRT dosage.
RustyhookerScared straight? Your new forum says...no
150... people just don’t get it. The general public honestly thinks all you have to do is take drugs. It’s an urban legend.
What gets me is the guys that come in here and say they just started trt, pretend to not know what they are doing, yet know all the lingo like blasting and cruising, or aas, or any of the other slang. My wallet is back in my pocket because I'm not buying it.
Urban legend, just like people say taking roids is cheating.... I like to think of it as more of a “stepping stone” to get where I want to be
RustyhookerLive life in a stupid manner though and youll never lift again. Whatcha gonna do after bypass surgery or stroke?
Ofcourse it’s cheating. It will kill you to but if your responsible it will take a lot longer than narcotics. There’s a lot of guys I’m seeing lately that aren’t responsible and have no gains.
RustyhookerAnd when questions arise they lie, delete, change stories. Just another day in the drug world. Smh
Now Rusty you know we live in the age of dillusional bullshit... we really should stop body shameing these small people. Lol
I came here for honest advice. The whole point being that I want to get advice from people with experience. Not seeing a whole lot of advice so far. If you're all here just to poke jabs and point out my ignorance you're waisting your time.
Eat six spaced out meals a day. Try to get 1.5 grams of protein per lb of body weight and kill it in the gym. You could put on 20 lbs easy on 100 mgs of Test. These drugs work good once you’ve exhausted your natural gains. Your no where near that. That’s the same advice I would give my son.
Ok thanks man. I'm going to talk to my doctor about lowering the dose pending the blood results. A blast was a bad idea in retrospect. From what I've read people shouldn't even consider a blast unless you're around 190 lbs and at your natural limit (could be off on that but I get the idea). I'm happy to keep it simple and just stick with a low TRT dose. I saw considerable gains from the protein intake, caloric surplus, and pushing for PR's every time in the gym like you're talking about, even with low T. Thanks again, I'll stick to that and keep reading around the forums to learn more.
There’s a trt section. People are harsh on these because teens get on here with fake ages. Take it with a grain of salt. Goodluck
Makes sense. I'll check that out. Thanks again
What are your test level now on 200mg?
200 is a high cruise. Make sure you donate blood.
I searched through some of the forums but couldn't find anything on how often I should donate blood. I'm sure I could google it but figured it was better to ask here. How often should I donate at my dosage?
His levels should be 2000 now if the 10 to 1 ratio is correct. I read that some where may not be accurate Which is way above therapeutic.
