Haven't had to use one of these since a workplace injury almost 20 years ago. My new one arrived tonight and I must say I can see this being a useful tool. I made the mistake of letting the wife use it on her back, and well, yeah, guess I'll be buying another. Thoughts or experiences with these?

Thank you for posting this...im digging mine out of the closet after I post this...hope you get well and get to the gym ASAP brother
Molinin302Alls good bro, I'm actually looking better in the mirror lol. Guess I needed to drop a little. Funny how that works sometimes? But yes, awesome tool, I can see why its appreciated. Dust that rascal off. And stop touching yourself.
Hell yea..for sure
Molinin302thanks all you guys for your feedback, I've been fighting a cold this week (I'm screened daily tested weekly, no covid) but it kept me out of the gym until I got the current result. Ok, so... They're averaging 35 bucks or so on Amazon in the US, I highly recommend this guys. I'm feeling muscles that I have issues with my training. And the therapeutic side of is great. Just trust me on this one, $25 on the low end, $35 for quality.
My first experience with one was at the chiropractor’s office. I had torn a muscle in my back doing bent over rows. Strange thing was I didn’t feel it till I stepped out of my car and I guessing that’s when my ribs first dislocated in my back from it being torn. Chiropractor said if he used it on me my injury would heal about a week faster. Said it was good to use at the onset of an injury. Two weeks later I was completely healed. Was on cycle at the time so that might have helped with healing too. Have one at home but kind of forgot about it. Thanks for the topic. When I get home I’ll try it on my elbow.
I had a bad injury many many years ago and I believe the tens unit helped with my rehab.
I got one myself...I like using it with a heating pad before I visit my chiropractor...I read about a study the Russians did with em back in the day for bodybuilding . It claimed to help the fast twitch muscle fibers to a small degree...
My chiropractor uses one with heating pad before going in the alignment room,
I also believe they do help with rehabing their injuries
Hell yea!! Have you tried acupuncture? I like getting it done after an adjustment
I had to have dry needling. For pain therapy. Big joke. They take an acupuncture needle and shove it in the low back muscle about an inch and a half. Till my knee started burning. The needle would twitch for a little then quit and deeper till it started burning again. He would say the pain isn't in you back its on your head. Did that for about 6 months to no avail.
Damn that sounds painful...wtf...it’s in ur head? What an asshole lol...I got acupuncture for low t and it helped slightly but nothing like sust did! Bout the same price to...
They are great

I used mine when i used to get pip. Some are so powerful
Molinin302Yeah man, last time was injury, now its aches and pains. They're very adjustable now, almost down to nothing. I feel like it was a (small) smart investment.
