Extremely Dry Skin... HELP

Ok guys I've been in this game for quite a while now. I'm needing help and some advice, my skin has become extremely dry and my face is red itchy and unbearable, my question is there any correlation with what we are taking that will cause such dry skin? I know low estrogen will but there is absolutely no way mine is low. I've tried everything possible to remedy to it such as oils moisturizers vitamins but nothing is helping... can you guys please shed some light on any possible ideas or reasons

I put baby oil on when I get out of the shower, while I’m still wet. Then dry off normally, works like a charm.
Your not oily like you would think either, your body sucks it right up.
Alphamale500This topic really touches home with me! I'm not sure what could be causing your extremely dry skin, but I can recommend a lotion that's actually made for people with severely dried skin. It's made by Suave, and it's called Advanced Therapy Lotion, Infused with rich hydrators & essential vitamins. It's dermatologist tested and says Relieves Severely Dried Skin.
I've had really bad dry skin my whole life and when I tried this lotion, I was so happy. I finally found a lotion that really hydrates your skin, but is not greasy in any way. No bullshit! I know a lot of lotions say they're not greasy and they really are, like Lubriderm. This is the best dry skin lotion I've ever used and I've been using different types for years.
Do you use any skin care products that have salicylic acid or benzoyl peroxide in them that could be causing your symptoms? Like Stridex pads, Clearasil, face washes or shit like that? Me personally, the benzoyl peroxide in some of those products really irritates and dries out my skin.
There are some supps you can try also like biotin, and Essential fatty acids. CeraVe lotion with hyaluronic acid is supposed to be good also.
I know it’s random but could be allergy of some sort. So an antihistamine may help.
Sup Boss, I have really dry skin if I don't stay on top of it. I've been using Nivea products, coca butter body wash and their new 48 hour moisture formula lotion with Shea butter. They both work great especially in combination. Aveeno lotion works like a champ as does O'keefe's daily moisture lotion. The bag balm I saw mentioned works well for hands and O'keefe's Working hands is great too. All of those products work well for me and I alternate their use from time to time.

Yo this just happened to me last week. Are you sick by any chance? Bc I had bronchitis I think it was when it did and thought I was having a reaction to antibiotics but that was also the week it was -5° so could be that too

I was prescribed aqueous cream but didn’t help. I usechildren’s shampoo and body wash now. The Johnson l’s baby range (I’m uk based so not sure it is available in the US)

I'll agree with you on that pal - 2018 was an awful year for me too. Yep working up from the bottom again can be very frustrating! I stopped doing deads for months on end and now working back up through nattie weights is soul destroying! lol Did the bicep end up healing?
Yeah- still got a gap between elbow and bicep but it’s working fine- doing deads at literally 60% of previous though. Sets and reps now, none of this high intensity stuff. Loved it way back when but now I’m trying to be sensible! Physio fixed my shoulder so I can do presses properly again, 2019 is going to be awesome (hopefully)
I got some DP M1T that you use to love - High blood pressure stuff that isn't it lol Found it too much tbh Are you TRT or back on cycle again? See a few of our old sources have been busted over the year too...

These 3 products buy the sets with the masks washes. Your skin will be like a baby just born its amazing. Check out YouTube there are a ton for different types of skins but these 3 fit my skin type perfect.
Its feminine you need to wash with the product and then put on a mask and everything but I don't have a single pimple and I normally break out bad. Also I have actually been getting comments from chicks about how good my skin looks.

B12 injections should help u, I had the same prob and as soon as my B12 is over 1000 (range : 200-500) the prob is completely away. Hope it helps u too.
Its winter time. Dont shower with real hot water , just like warm. If you work outside apply a very thin layer of bag balm. If your working inside try cureale.
You can get bag balm at rural king. A little goes a long way.
Make sure your drinking enough water.
I have noticed the shower deal, I no longer wash my face in the shower with hot water and wait til I'm out and wash my face in the sink with cold water

It's a combination of the cold and dry heat probably..I've been fighting it all winter..i work construction and my hands get so dry they crack and split...it's a battle bro..i haven't found shit that actually helps good unfortunately

Cold weather brings out dry skin on me mate.
Don't use moisturizers try some Vaseline just a light layer on the effected area I promise you it will go away.
Also maybe try extra fish/krill oil or coq10
I do believe moisturizers have been.making it worse and more irritated. Picked up vaseline today and applied and face feels pretty good
