EBC Competition Rules

-Minimum Age to enter the EBC is 25yrs old. If at any time the EBC leadership or Admin has doubts about you being of minimum age your entry will be denied.

-If you are banned even for a temporary length at any time during the entry portion and up to the prize announcement you WILL be disqualified. There's too much money on the line to let douchebags be eligible.

-If at any time a competitor steps out of line in questioning the EBCs integrity there will be no second chances. No favors and no love. You're gone. Period.

-No arguing / bitching about judges decisions. We don’t mind constructive result discussion, but questioning integrity will not be tolerated. If admin feels you cross the line you will be banned from future competition.

-Soliciting Sources for sponsorship is unacceptable. Spamming/Soliciting Srcs looking for free handouts is cheap and is not viewed by EBC Leadership in good taste. Soliciting/Spamming is viewed on par with Promo Whoring. Should it be brought to any of our attention that this soliciting becomes an issue expect some consequences to come down from the Mods.

Sponsorship is allowed when the Src engages the member on their own volition. Sources may choose to do so because they have existing experience with the member as a customer or based on past EBC competitions results.

Below is the list of MANDATORY poses. Failure to cover a mandatory pose will result in disqualification. All poses must be in your pics. There are no second chances, so submit early to give yourself a chance to go back and fix it before the deadline passes. You may fix your entry pics up until the deadline. Do not wait until the last second and then realize you screwed up. I repeat, there are no second chances.

Pitcures MUST be submitted in the following order.

-Front Double Bicep

-Front lat spread

-Side chest (either)

-Side tricep (either)

-Back double bicep

-Back lat spread

-Abdominal/Thigh

-Most Musclular

-Relaxed Front

-Relaxed Back

-One or two final pics of you holding a current newspaper dated with the DATE you take the pictures. IF YOU POST PICS ON 3/9/19 THE NEWSPAPER MUST BE DATED 3/9/19. If you must, please post two pics to accurately capture the date and YOURSELF, please take a separate pic of the paper with the date clearly visible and a second pic of you holding the paper. This allows us to validate a correct timeline to ensure pics are current. This pic is critical to being compliant in your entry to the competition. Do everything possible to give us a clear pic of the date and you with it. Try and use a major publication like a USA Today or a Wall Street Journal so you do not give away your location. Using your city’s local paper is a dead give away of location. Please be secure about location if possible.

No doctoring of pictures whatsoever. Air brushing, photoshopping etc of your BODY will be found and you’ll be disqualified as a result. (This does not include your face. Never post your face in a picture on Eroids ever. If you post your face I’m disqualifying you for being STUPID) Due to the lack of sportsmanship involved by photoshopping your body, you may also be excluded from future EBCs.

For competitors with tattoos, you may use a cover up cream to conceal your tattoos. You must fully disclose this on your submission page. Failure to do so will result in forfeiture of your entry.

-Full body, head to toe in ALL SHOTS. Identical lighting and background for the opening and closing shots (if there is a legit reason why this is not possible Permission must be granted by the EBC leadership).
-Ensure that you submit all mandatory poses for BOTH start and finish pictures.
-You must submit all mandatory shots for both start and finish in same order listed above. This is to make the judging process more fluid and seamless.
-Post a brief yet precise description of your cycle
-Please list starting and ending weight and BF% if known. This will help the judging process be as accurate as possible. Don’t think about lying about weight or BF% if egregiously inaccurate you could risk disqualification.

Beginning on 3/9/19 at 0000hrs midnight PST the submission button will be active and members can start submitting their pics. The deadline for entry pics is on 3/16/19 @ 2359hrs PST. The competition will run a full 12 wks. You will have a 10 day window to submit your final pics starting at 0000hrs PST on 5/29/19. The deadline for final pics will be 6/8/19 @ 2359hrs PST.

Non-compliance with any of these rules will be justification for disqualification at anytime. All disqualifications are up to the discretion of the EBC Leadership.
