Blow the fuck up lol but not by poppin anadrols like skittles. Hard work is in the kitchen and the diet plan is aldready typed, printed, and in the fridge. I'm just glad to be part of this again, I really need this to get back in the gym considering I haven't been since the last ebc I entered due to injuries from arm wrestling

Welcome..Ya, I know what you mean. I havent steped in a gym for months, exept while on vacation last month.
No leg shots...Common, bro I posted my bird legs. I think that was the hardest thing for me to due, but thats the only way for me to step them up.
Im shure your symetrical with legs..I was in a head on collision and the dash board was smashed all the way into the front seat where i was sitting. We were hit by a drunk driver. We were on the highway and he was goin the wrong way. My bro was driving and we left a club to go to an after party. We were following a line of cars to the house. All the other cars moved out the way, but my bro was lookin at me and drivin and we hit head on at 60mph..We were both mangled mentaly..lol and physicaly.
Its been over 8 years since. My knees are finaly able to do resistance..anyways im ramblin again..my bad ..good luck

UPDATE!!! BAD NEWS!!! I'm sorry but I'm not going to be able to finish!! Starting tomorrow morning I have to do 15 days in county, luckly tho my boss got me work release so there's still a chance that I will submit my pics but I'm not going to be in the gym and that sucks, luckly I work on the river and I'm going to work with what I got available.
