+ 13 stepping outside of my comfort zone

ad

I am going to do a lean bulk. I will be working all muscle groups but the groups I'm focusing on the most are; chest, shoulders and forearms. I recently lost my workout partner so I figure this competition will be what I need to stay focused, push as hard as I can and help motivate me. I would also like to try competing in a couple years once I finish my Bachelors but stepping on stage right now terrifies me. I think the EBC will be a great learning experience and it will force me to do something that makes me uncomfortable.

My cycle is going to be novice:
500mg of Testoviron per week
50 mg of Geneza Turinabol @ 50 mg a day for about 6 weeks

My diet:
3820 calories
285 grams of protein
451 grams of carbs
74 grams of fat

This will be my first time competing in the EBC or anything bodybuilding related, if there is something I did incorrectly please inform me on what it is. I am always open to advice or recommendations if anyone has any. I wish everyone the greatest of luck and lets all give this every ounce of effort we have!

Yeah Buddy.. Can't wait to see your progress bro +2

Thanks dude, you're looking quite beastly to start out! Your serratus are big, what exercises do you do for them?

Champion Of The Mind's picture

It's a combination of heavy lat pull downs, T-bar rows and cable row bro... pull with your back not arms like most people do...

Right on! I cheated myself out of gains during the first year or two of lifting because I didnt do many rows... Now I do tons of them, every type and different various, elbows tight, elbows flared. Flared elbow rows are some of my favorite posterior delt work.
