kind of embarrassing the see the posing and conditioning after these photos. That only gives me greater motivation to give this my all.cover up used on both upper arms was not thrilled with how it photographed.

Goal is to get in best condition ever which consists of packing on some quality muscle and shedding as much body fat as possible(along with improving on posing). Plan is simply to achieve a jaw dropping transformation.

Will make Cycle adjustments as Necessary
Trt dose test cyp 200 ew throughout w/ 2-3 iu gh ed
Anadrol 50ed first 4 week
1-4 npp 70-100ed/ 30ed test ace
5-11 75-100 tren a ed/ 0-30 test ace ed/ 75 mast p ed
6-12 50 var ed
Will use anastrozole and cabergoline

Will be switching up routine with HIIT / high reps pushing blood till failure, cardio and my best attempt at meal prepping for 12 weeks and staying strict to diet plan.

Same spot. Only difference was it was raining and cloudy today and I took pics by a window. Was planning on it being sunny for pics for better lighting. Honestly most of the pics my definition is whited out. All veins are whited out in legs. Not much I could do

Thanks bud. You shredded it up for sure! I think because I didn’t get to spray tan when I shaved my legs they were way whiter than I thought and the lights just bounced off lol. I just had to get pics done cause I was headed outta town. Oh and I am hitting the beach in a week!! Whoot whoot!

i didnt get the spray tan either. But i do use and love melanotan2 if you need a place to purchase let me know. For me its been a life changer. No more sunburn ever and im the palest guy you ever met lol
