+ 8 PNINE First EBC

Wow. I am glad I finally took pictures and can see some progress. I am so out of shape and didn't realize it until I took the pictures and looked at them. I wear a suit for work and it is surprising what a suit hides. My main goal is to look better in a suit (making my shoulders bigger/broader). I've got a big thing at work in 19 days and want to put about 10 pounds on in that time and look much better in my suit. I will be uploading a suit picture soon.

My specific goals are in line with a recomp: I want to lose weight and start to see some abs and hopefully slim down while maintaining strength and actually adding some mass to my shoulders and legs.

I've finally got my diet to something that I understand and will be doing a very small cycle to get back into this. My main reason for joining this EBC is to keep myself accountable and this will really help me push it and reach the next level. I'm not to the level of some other people but I'm going to try extremely hard.

I used photoshop to take out my head and to cover up some distinguishable things in the background of my pictures. The pictures might not be as bright at the finish because it was a sunny day out and I don't know how the weather will be in November.

EDIT: (starting at 5mg of Anavar and going up to 10mg after 3 weeks and maybe finishing up with winstrol depending on the outcome of the first 8 weeks.) - I had the dosage wrong, my apologies.

My apologies. I typed that up on my ipad and then just copied and pasted it in the description. I'm taking Anavar 25mg/mL with 3 mL for 3 weeks (75mg) and then 4 mL or 5 mL (100mg/125mg) until the end. My very first cycle was very similar.

My cycle history:
22 Anavar only (50mg) for 12 weeks
24 Test E (500 mg/week) and Boldenone (200mg/week) with PCT (Nolva for 4 weeks)
26 Test E (600 mg/week) and Deca (250 mg/week) with PCT
Three year break until now. I want to get back into shape and loved the first cycle I ever did and want to do that before I get into any more serious cycle.

I've decided to NOT include Winstrol. I don't really want to add any androgenic to my cycle as I don't want to get puffy and I usually get pretty puffy with test.

Diet: I'm finally understanding Macros and was able to get down to 185 about a year ago just on a diet, so I'm going to go between 400 and 500 grams of carbs, about 150 grams of protein and 55 grams of fat. (total right around 2800 calories per day).

Training history: I have been training for mass gain since I was 18 and before that was training for endurance, but really been working hard at building muscle since I was 18/19. My training is a 5 day split (chest, back, shoulders, legs, arms) and I am going to start including HIIT training twice a week on shorter days at the gym. After three weeks, I'm going to adjust my workouts to do the same volume per week but working out each body part twice a week. I would like to get up to including HIIT 4 times a week by November.

99Transam suggested that I drop the AAS and just focus on diet, but I don't want to get kicked out of the contest. I just want to work hard until November 30 and see actual results. If I won't get ridiculed or kicked out, I would be willing to drop the Anavar and get my recomp done and come back for the next EBC.

I didn't mean to sound like a rookie, but just got nervous with this being my first EBC. I used to read everything on here, but I got busy with life and wasn't on here for about 18 months.

I've decided to just focus on Diet and Exercise for this EBC and get ready to rock and roll. I will just be working on my diet and intensity and will be using this as motivation. Thanks everyone for the advice and all the help.

I'm glad I finished. I got really busy with work in this last month and have a huge project starting tomorrow that I was prepping for the last week or so. NEXT TIME I'm going to focus on getting a good cut. I think I got a little size on my shoulders and I have increased the weights in most of my lifts. I'll work on perfecting my diet and getting on point for my next EBC (about 6 months away).

whats your training history and cycle history look like? whats your diet look like cause just my opinion but you need to get your diet on point for this recomp that your planning. running to orals alone isn't a good choice at all , running any gear without a proper diet and training regimen isn't good either. do some research like rolltide said ,ask some questions also brother.

If that truly is your cycle layout....drop it and go with carb cycle instead.
Seriously, I see your intentions are good here...I think you just lack knowledge their of when it comes to the use of aas. Your mentally ready to recomp, stick with a diet and let the ebc to motivate you. In the mean time do your research and you'll find out real quick why your cycle is just a no go.

Do you think I could still do the EBC even if I wasn't taking anything? Like I said, I really just want to use this for motivation and to hit the gym harder than I have been doing the last few months. I'm going to answer all the questions and comments from everyone else in the next few minutes.

You won't be kicked out of the contest for not running gear. You just have to remember that's you're competing against others that are cycling.

What the guys are trying to tell you is not to run Anavar on it's own. If you want to run a cycle, you need a test base. Plenty of members here that will hep you set it up. Running orals like that is largely worthless, you'll struggle to hold onto the gains and shut down your natural test production for very little reason.

Thanks. I'll think about it today and right now I don't know if I'm leaning towards adding test or just not taking anavar. I just posted in the cycle forum and asked for some help. I know I'll be competing against people using AAS but I don't care about that as much as I care about seeing personal improvement.

Hey brother, I wouldn't suggest something that would get you DQd. Theirs another guy in this ebc just running just peps with his diet...no aas
As long as you comply with the rules if you were to win your good.

Forget the Var only cycle. There is a reason we include testosterone in every cycle.

You mention you want to "reccomp" and lose some BF whilst adding size to your shoulders. Consider this. Run a straight up cutter. Not only will you lose way more BF, which will show a bigger change, you will also gain the illusion of bigger shoulders due to your mid section being much smaller.

Run just a low dose of Test E alongside a strict diet and consistent cardio/weights and I think this could be an epic transformation and give you a shot at winning this thing.

I agree! I would run a cutter too.

If you want to look like you have gained 10 pounds of muscle, loose 20 pounds of fat. If you cut up you will be physically smaller, but look bigger. And IMHO better. Good luck bro!

Also nix the oral only cycle.

I will be adjusting this page and cycle description later, but I am just going to work on my diet and intensity at the gym and get set up for the next EBC (no Anavar or anything else). This way I will be able to freshen up on my knowledge of AAS and will see what results I can get with hard work. I may not have the transformation that some other people will have, but I'm going to get some great results that will be great for me and set me up for the future.

Thank you everyone for all the help and advice. You are all awesome and extremely knowledgeable.

Really been pushing it at the gym. Glad I joined this. Haven't seen many changes, but I feel as if I am leaning out a little bit and technically I have lost a pound in 4 days. I'm so glad that every time I think about stopping before that last rep, I think back to this.
