First EBC and competition ever. I planned to hit it hard this winter anyways, so I figured participating in this would aid me with extra support. I had five years off lifting until the beginning of this year due to more injuries and broken bones than I can remember to count. I hit it hard all summer and had some nice gains. However, towards the end I had a few hiccups with some mild injuries that pretty much kept me out of the gym other than an attempt here and there. I've lost a good amount of what I had gained. My diet suffered as well. So, I've got my work cut out for me on this one. Anyways, I'd like to put on at least 30lbs of lean mass and get a nice recomp. Mainly though, I'm just here to learn, have fun, push my body, and help support everyone else. Good luck to you all!
