Body Recomp
My goal is a very challenging one. I am going to try to cut fat while adding muscle at the same time.
I been working out for four years. I lost 20lbs all natural the first year and half. Kept at it then last year was my first time running a cycle. Loved my results and hope to see even more results for this competition on top of my clean diet, determination, and motivation.
I am not the greatest at posing but I tried my best. I don't know if I'll ever get down how to flex the abdominal part.
Good luck to all and hope to see other women participate who can inspire me n keep each other motivated.

Hey, building the muscle for us ladies is the hard part! I think you made some fantastic changes to your physique! And thank you, kali really helped me out as far as the diet, I can't wait to do a little bulking myself now
