I plan to put on as much muscle mass as possible. I do have a strict diet in place thanks to a great guy on here we all know as irongame. The macros are 6158 cals 558protein 597carbs 183fat.
Just a little background, I started out about 4 years ago being 150 pounds 27 years old and worked my way up this far. 190 pounds all natural then went to next level. Now I'm here and going to keep going forward, never backwards.
I'm really not happy with these pics so my motivation has gone way up just from seeing these. My main focus for a while will be my lats and my quads.
Thanks for having this competition and good luck to everyone! Let's keep each other motivated and keep out the drama!
Oh and sorry about the posing, I did the best I could but my form needs a lot of work. I only have YouTube to help me. I may be paying someone to teach me very soon though because I'm going to need it anyways eventually.
After ebc
I feel like I have done a great job, I have added 20 pounds and only about 2% bf. Going from 205 to 225. This cycle was a success and I can walk away happy with myself win or lose.
