I did the EBC this time last year, and got disqualified :-) I still thoroughly enjoyed it. I got some good results, and I need that motivation again. Diet is the toughest thing for me. Since 1 Jan 2013, I've adopted a vegan diet for health reason (mostly preventative), and I haven't done any type of training on this new lifestyle yet, I know that getting my protein in, is going to be tough. I want to drop down to 7-9% BF, and I'd like to put on 10 lbs of muscle. I've neglected my legs for years, so I'm going to try extra hard on my lower body this time. My strength is way down all around, I'd like to get a lifetime Max in this departments.

I loved it bro. It really hardened up my physique. But I've got the same effects from running proviron at 50mg ED. And proviron is cheaper with other benefits as well.
