After EBC:
First off, thank you so much to RoidSource for being an incredible sponsor. They provided not only my gear, but also motivation, education and support when things were not going my way.
I am so great full that I was able to participate in this event and I will definitely do this again. I started this even at my leanest in nearly 20 years, I honestly believed that my second bulking cycle would be easy. How nieve was I? I started out the first three weeks with a bang and packed on about 9 pounds, mostly water. Strength went up but my weight hovered around 219/220 for most of my cycle. I was eating 4500 calories a day with 300 grams of protein and not not gaining an ounce. I really struggled with eating. Frickin' harder to do than I thought. Around weeks 6 and 7 I fell into a deep depression. I learned that Deca can have that effect on some people. I did the find that in my initial research. I dropped the Deca and by week 10 was back on track but my weight fell back down to 214. Eating when depressed is even harder. Anyways... I was able to finish my cycle. My gut got a bit sloppy towards the end, but I'm happy with the added mass in my back chest and shoulders. My arms didn't really grow. My legs also grew a bit, but not a noticeable amount. Although my legs are way stronger than they have ever been.
So, I am a bit disappointed in myself overall for this cycle, but I'm glad I finished. Sometimes you learn more from your failures than your successes.
Thank you again for the opportunity to compete in such an awesome event.
Be proud bro...you still achieved greatness and finished strong. That's whats important.
Results are clearly visible bro. Congrats on finishing this thing even with all the adversity thrown your way. Good work.
You still look great bro, and there is some noticeable improvement! Just take what you learned and be proud you finished strong
