About the package reship policy
Winwinpharm accepts reship when the kits get seized and the customers need to show the letter from customs.
ONLY reship for seized. No reship on "missing" items policy.
Every package has the net weight record before the freight shipping. If you are missing an item in your order we will check the shipping sheets net weight of postal service to confirm that this is true. We will
definetly take responsibilty if there are our mistake. Or there is no reship when clames of missing.
I have been a loyal customer for a few years now and just now had an order seized by customs for the first time. I followed the instructions on how to get a reshipment sent out, and then was told that it "exceeded the limit for reshipment review", whatever that means.... Anyone had this happen? Guess I wasted my money
