Hi all, after extensive emails with Naps IT they figures out the problem for me. Something called a DNS needed resetting. Anyhow it worked and I can track my package again. Thanks Naps IT, very happy customer!!

I have tried several different links, restarting, deleting cookies etc...even my link to my home page to track my current order takes me to a "This Site Can't Be Reached " page.
I cleared everything like you did and I restarted my phone and then it started working for me.
Huh weird I'm not sure why mine won't load the website.

Was is eroids deleting napsgear bad reviews? Like why have a review section of the cater to a supplier
You'd posted a wrong review. Your order was delivered to you in 10 days still you'd posted the review about the delay and you didn't get the products.
I’ve been a loyal customer of naps for years and they used to be spot on all the time. Unfortunately NAPS has become unreliable at best. Last two orders I’ve placed have gone unfulfilled. Waited and never processed. Created order 4/27 and nothing. Sent a ticket Thursday 5/2, nothing. I spent years and thousands with NAPS. As you all know timing is critical when ordering gear and planning our cycles and these delays cause stress and interrupt the cycle. Plan ahead yes. However you can’t plan for everything. Don’t know what’s going on with NAPS any longer. Previous email sent said they had refined a few things to make it smoother. I don’t agree. Unfortunately one been forced to another supplier for my order. Not what I want but …… I Hope they get it together again. When they are running smoothly they’re great!!

March 22 they said they'd remove the promo tag. I told them if it ever shows up I'll just pay for it because I ordered AND RECEIVED from a different source to cover what I had expected from the promo.
Instead, they reshipped it. And the promo tag is still there. Not a good look.
