-1 Week 1 Notes
No physical changes yet really (as expected) but i have noticed a lot of performance changes.
No joint pain at all (that i didn’t already have).
I suffer from adult acne so i can’t tell if it is worse or the same.. but it’s about the same.
PIP isn’t terrible. Some swelling when i did my delts, but nothing debilitating. I did notice when i did my right delt Saturday it hurt to do face pulls)
Energy is through the roof, and motivation to train is at a new level. My normal lifts are about an hour, 1:15 with 10 minutes of mobility to start and 10 minutes of stretching at the end, but my last few ones have been 1:45 because i finish my planned workout but i don’t want to stop. I feel as strong and energized as i did back in December when i was easily the strongest i have ever been in my life (did Deadcember if any of you follow Sorinex or PPSA).
Not expecting any major physique changes over four weeks, but i like where the strength is at and where it is going so far.
