The knowledge applied cycle
I'm 35, 6 ft., 232 consistently. My cycle experience is broad. My compound experience is vast. I know what soooo many things do to MY body. The good. The bad. I'm going to take the things that have been the most positives for my body and incorporate them into this cycle. My biggest concern is I work in the agricultural business and this time of year is hell!! My goals in this cycle are to finish around 220-225. I want to be harder and denser than ever. Also strength increase (large or small) is on the list. Some of you will question the way I change some of my dosages certain weeks. I have found what I believe is the best dose for a certain compound when using it with another. The reason I start with deca and move to npp is the pinning schedule. By the time I add the npp I will have added masteron. So I'm pinning ed by that time and I like fast esters over long ones 99% of the time. I'll take EQ over bold cyp though. The prop and mast and npp I'm using are 200mg a ml. So in case anyone was doing the math it will still be a manageable pin. I put the Halo in the first 2 1/2 weeks because my strength will sky rocket and some of that will carry over once I stop. TO ANY BEGINNER OR ANYONE WITH ONLY A FEW CYCLES!!!!!!! Never run more than 1 oral at a time. With the exception of proviron (mesterolone). I think it would be safe to run this during a cycle if you were using say Dbol, Tbol, Adrol. And so on. Always research how liver toxic your oral is. Have sufficient liver protectants on hand. As well as every single thing you will need. All orals, all oils, PCT, pins, maybe even an extra vial. The do break. Lol. I've spent a lot of time preparing for this cycle. I am applying all the knowledge I've gained by research and most important to me. What I've learned from my own body. I dropped the deca. So I'll be running npp throughout. Like I said mAinly for joints. I raised the EQ and tapered it off the last few weeks. The last few weeks it'll be prop 200 mast prop 200 and halotest. Thanks everyone for your time.

I have violated eroids cycle log how to. I'm always open to suggestions. But just because I don't ask you for yours or take yours and publicly thank you. Does not make me wrong. Frontload test
Npp 4-10 when test booms for wet mass
Get that eq up to where it'll do something for you
Week 10 dump npp....week 12 lower test to trt doses.
Add mast. 100ed is more than plenty
Eq/mast/low test/var to kill appetite n finish you.
AnonDeca and npp are as much a joint thing as a build muscle thing. The EQ will do what I need it to at that dose. EQ and mast work wonders for vascularity and rock hardness at the doses I have them. Appetite won't be an issue. The npp I'll keep at the length and dose for the train wreck my shoulders and elbows will be. Your input and suggestions are always welcome R.H. AnonYou got 3 orals there i see.. that may be a lil hard on you even provi will raise liver values as it is an oral steroid its not bad though then you add in the tbol which is average ... but by yhe time you have put stress on your liver you throw in halo... i think thats a bad idea honestly
The deca at a low dose is a good thing
It will give lean gains at that dose when u get around 400 you start to get wet but you are stopping the deca before it gets started good and switching to npp which yess they are both nandrolone but it just seems a bit complicated i think it could be more simple buy if you are experimenting to see what this cycle will do then ok
But if it were me i would restructure a bit.. i mean deca at 5 weeks i dont even think i would bother honestly
AnonYeah I'm pushing it with the orals. I have a bad habit of doing that. I always advise others to not. I'm aware of the dangers. I also cycle with my Dr. Somewhat involved. I love what they do for me. In every area. The orals that is. Lol. Deca and npp is a joint thing.

waltrI ran some halo before I dropped everything in the winter and absolutely loved the stuff.
30mg 45 minutes pre-workout gave me amazing focus and strength boosts for the workout I was doing that day. The hepatoxicity does worry me some though.
Be safe dude, bloodwork is cheaper than a hospital stay.

AnonDiet comes and goes. Training is stellar. Every compound does something specific. Added with another that changes a little. With each you add you tweak the next. Change it's overall result just a little. Sometimes a lot. I believe my body will respond well to this.
OK. What do you want from us? The cycle log pages are not where you announce to the community what you are doing. This is a place where you propose something and get member feedback before you start.

waltrI always thought that it was also a place for one to track their cycle and keep a record of it for future reference. That was the impressions I had of "cycle log" anyway..
Is that not allowed anymore?
Please don't take my message the wrong way, I haven't done a cycle log and really kept to it since my first one, but have been planning to keep one for my upcoming summer cycle now that I've been off and out of the gym for a while. I always just looked at the format that BFG provides for us as exceptionally convenient for me to track the changes and going on's of a cycle.
The cycle log section is for proposing cycles, then having members weigh in and help adjust the cycle to fit the OP's goals, stats, etc., then once the cycle is started, to give updates, so members can then again weigh in and help out if necessary.
If folks just post up a cycle they've already run or are already in the middle of, it basically defeats this purpose. It also just confuses those of us who want to help with it and then find out it's a done deal.
If folks just want to track their cycle, they can just write it or put it in an excel file.
