+ 4 Test E / Tren E / Anavar

STATS, DESCRIPTION, GOALS

This will be a post lockdown/new home gym cycle. We just finished a home gym complete with power rack, free weights and everything else I will need. Currently lifting 4x a week and have 2 cardio days on a stationary bike (can't walk too far on gear, I get MASSIVE calf pumps). Currently sitting at about 212lbs at about 14 - 15% bf at 5'10. (Gained a little bit by being a lazy bitch during the lockdown)

My goals are to hit about 215-220 lbs at around the 10-11% bf as well as smash through my 455lb squat and 515lb deadlift records. I have been off cycle for about 2 years now so I'll be easing back into it with a slightly simple cycle with low tren. This will be my third tren cycle, first time using tren e though, but tren actually agrees with me pretty well.

Currently on a calorie deficit diet before cycle to clean up my lockdown eating habits. Eating approximately 2000-2500 calories per day, but will adjust based on weight fluctuation during cycle.

Planning on starting July 26th.

EDIT: Starting cycle on July 14th since I received my gear and bloodwork.

This looks pretty solid. I saw you had issues with tren. Im curious if you had tried it with low test? I personally respond very well to tren but must run it on low test to avoid severe side effects

Update: Currently at 229lbs and holding at about 15% bf and happy right here! Consuming about 3000 calories per day and everything is going great! Almost done with the tren dosing and I'm glad because the mental side effects are starting to creep up on me like intense jealousy, self-doubts, and more stubborn than normal. Luckily with the lower dose I haven't had any insomnia and only a few occasions of night sweats. But the muscle tone and vascularity is definitely worth it!

Will be dropping the anavar for now and just cruising on the test to the end. Excited to start cutting a few extra pounds off the backend of the cycle to reach my goals! It looks like at this rate I may finish just a tad above my initial goals so I'm excited!

I tried to stay away, but I just couldn't help myself. Worked Tren back in and feeling awesome.

Currently in my 4th week, started the Tren in the 3rd week. So far feeling great. Holding onto a lot of water and bloated up nicely. So far I've gone up 2% in body fat percentage which I expect to begin losing once I start my adex. I'm currently hovering around 235-240lbs. Getting in 2 a day workout and recovering reallllll nice. Everything is going as expected. Will be scheduling my mid cycle blood work soon for around the 8th-9th week mark. I'll continue to keep you guys updated!

Edit: Hit 3500 calories a day, but worked back down to 3200 and feeling pretty good at this amount. Will gauge again once the Tren hits.

Hey guys, I just updated the cycle with y'all's advice. I also posted my bloodwork. I will probably keep an eye on my HDL and will use the 8 week blood work as a gauge to know if I will be using the var or not. If I'm already low I don't want to risk tanking my HDL so I will keep y'all updated!

Other than that, I have added an extra day of cardio and an extra serving of almonds to get that HDL up. I have also pulled my start date to this Wednesday. Can't wait!

Calories are now at a 2500 ed. Gradually increasing to 3000, I will gauge my weight and bf% with my tape measure and calipers. Will probably raise to 3500 ish while on.

Personally if you have been off for a few years I'd just leave the tren alone for this first one, and if you are desperate for a little extra add some DBol to the test and you'll soon beat those numbers at your bodyweight. Anavar isn't really a strength drug unless you run it in the hundreds and then it becomes very expensive. Stick to the breakfast of champions :-) Plus DBol cannot be beaten for hydrating those joints and shoulders up, works better than anadrol.

Thanks for the advice! The reason I chose var over dbol is the hepatoxicity. I'm obviously not going to drink while on cycle, but a few months ago (2020) during lockdown I was drinking pretty heavy due to boredom haha. So I'm just trying to get my liver levels back in order and being easy on it for the rest of this year ;)

FOR SURE. Due to some great advice from Makwa, I'll be dropping the Tren this cycle and running the Test/Var. I bought two bags of ON Serious Mass just in case I have to shove calories down my throat haha.

Also wanted to note, may knock off Anavar at around 8-10 weeks depending on lipids from the blood test that I plan on taking around the halfway mark.

I would run the var the last 8 wks. Var is not really great for a kicker but it would help to keep the androgens higher at the tail end of cycle when you drop the tren. Much better as a finisher anyway IMO.

Honestly bro, if you have been off cycle for a couple of years, running test alone would be a phenomenal cycle. You have ran tren before so 200mg is no big deal but I honestly don't think it is needed here. Hit the diet and training right and you should hit your goal either way.

Not a bad idea honestly. I bought enough for 3 cycles, so I may just run some test now and get my bearings again. I could always bump up the test if I want then run the tren in the spring for beach season.
