Test E 500mg /week

First of all just wanna say love this community and thanks because if it wasn’t for all of you I wouldn’t be able to start this journey. I have been extremely ignorantly in the past and still am to this day but have been trying to read and learn and thanks to your feed back this is what I have: two vials of 250 enanthat, 1 vial of hucog 5000, 100 arimidex, 100 clomid, and 4 boxes of nolvadex (source didn’t have the nolva I wanted). My plan is this :
Weeks 1 - 10 250mg 2x weekly (sun night, thurs morn)
Weeks 6 - 12 .25 arimadex EoD (adjust if needed)
Weeks 7 - 10 hcg every 3 days 500iu
For pct
Week 12 50mg clom x2 daily 20 mg nolva x2 daily
Week 13 same
Week 14 25mg clomi x 2 daily 10 mg nolva x 2 daily
Week 15 same
Will take the pct doses morning and night.
I just had my first test shot yesterday and obviously I’m still extremely green so any advice and input would be greatly appreciated. I’m a bit unsure of The hcg doses as I had a hard time finding consistent opinions on the dosage. Is there anything I can do to improve my cycle?
Privatemdlabs doesn’t work in my state so I have to spend a lot of money with a men’s clinic here so can’t affor pre cycle bloodwork but am planning on doing it at week five.
It’s been 4 years since I have used any gear (I was ignorant and ran it without pct) but for last three years I been training hard and run 3 miles 4 times a week and 4 gym sessions a week, one CrossFit workout a week as well. My diet is good and I take fish oil everyday and will be taking liver support starting tomorrow.

Cycle looks good but as others stated i would pick up another bottle of test and extend cycle out another 5 weeks. No point in shutting yourself down only to come off right after the gains really start to come.

If your goal is to add on mass then cut out the excess cardio, just burning calories that could be used to build muscle.

EAT EAT EAT, you could have added another 20 pounds of mass just by eating more and doing less cardio but i wont go down that route since you already started your cycle. Start eating the minute you wake up (eggs, oats, bagels, milk, whatever you can find) and dont stop eating until you go to bed.

I actually ordered another bottle of enanthate 400 and also a bottle of grape seed oil already last week.
I been eating boiled eggs and oats for breakfast with a shake. I also started having a shake with every meal instead of only after working out. Dialed back cardio. I’m two and a half weeks in (just had 5th shot) I’ve gained 5 pounds and I feel amazing I was getting flushed and red face but that went away now my nipples are just a little tender.
Appreciate the advice and will be posting pics and blood at week 6

All glycogen retention. Need to pound the food if you want to keep any mass.

Saying that you are eating boiled eggs and oats for breakfast means next to nothing. How many eggs are you eating? How much oats? Whats the macro breakdown for that first meal? Whats your daily cal/macro intake? The point im trying to make is you can run as much gear as you want but if your diet is not correct you wont gain any maintainable mass. From reading your responses it sounds like you dont know much about eating, which is fine, but i suggest you spend every available moment of free time reading in the nutrition section or this cycle will be a waste of your time and money.

im in 2 weeks now and just noticed my nipple are a little tender, and face was feeling hot and flushed so i started my arimidex early. .25 eod starting at week two.

You might be jumping the gun starting your AI that early. You could be putting yourself on that slippery slope of crashed estro and trying to recover rollercoaster. Going to be miserable cycle and gains killer. I would get some bloodwork done before anymore AI.

Privatemdlabs doesn’t work in my state :( so costs a lot for me so was gonna do at week 6 what do you think about the tender nipples? Isn’t that a sign of high estrogen?

You look lean enough to really put on some mass if the nutrition plan is there.....start eating when you wake up, 6-7 500cal meals every day.... dirty it up some with double cheese burgers, cereal, ice cream couple times a week....yes you will put on some bf but that’s a needed part of the equation...gear or no gear, building muscle is all about nutrition!
Like said below drop the running n CrossFit during this time.....
Why run when you can walk
Why walk when you can sit
Why sit when you can lay down
Just something to keep in mind if your gonna bulk up.....calorie expenditure is at the gym and the bed room, ( no homo),
Keep the bulking principles the same well after the cycle ends....muscle built during this time is fragile and can disappear fast if not maintained for a few months

Wow that sounds super unhealthy lol! Should I lift heavier and more often then if I cut out cardio n CrossFit?

Some people respond differently to training...if your body responds well to lifting heavy then do it, me for example I like to exhaust the muscle by doing volume, dropsets, ... now I’m also 51 so the heavy stuff just isn’t in my best interest...for bulking I do 4 days wk in the gym, but do some stretching n a short walk on off days, on the flip side, some people will hit it hard 6-7 days a week.
Main thing is to get the foods in and kill it in the gym,....
You might spend some time in the workout forums, tons of info there

Yup I been checking out all the good info here. I’m definitely going to be eating a lot more and bulking for this cycle I spent a lot on fish oil and liver support as well. So much involved in running a healthy cycle. Thanks for the chat too man appreciate any input.

If your specifically looking to put on weight bro, maybe consider lengthening your cycle some, 10 weeks is a little short for test eth.

3 miles 4 times a week is a bit excessive in my opinion bro, you could cut that in half, that and diet modification would put weight on you quick. do more research bro reading through your post its obvious you need to research research research.

196 is a little light for your height, i'm betting you could put on another 15-20lbs with just food bro.

So dial down the running and eat more? Currently I skip breakfast and eat from 12 - 8 pm but going to start having a shake and some oatmeal or something for breakfast. How long would you recommend lengthening my cycle? Any advice on hcg use?

I would push your cycle out to 14 weeks at least bro, those last 6 weeks of a 14 week cycle are prime gains. Its takes test eth some time to kick, and not to say 10 weeks wouldn't produce gains, but not to there true potential.

Maybe try a test prop taper on the back end. Bro like makwa said all that running is counter productive to mass gains, your body searches for something to fuel all that running, and you said yourself you skip breakfast . Your body fat is low and you skip breakfast no breakfast equals no carbs no carbs equals no fuel , your body looks for fuel in the morning especially, so when you do all that running your body can and will burn muscle if it has to.

Thanks for input! Will defiantly be eating more, training harder and running less. I’m gonna stick to enanthate only but don’t see why I couldn’t stretch it to 14 weeks I guess I planned a 10 week one because I figured the recovery would be easier.

zero. instead of wasting those cals on cardio put them to work building muscle instead

so i dialed back my cardio and been eating alot more, week two im at 201 now so put on 5 pounds already. having 3 shakes a day and boiled eggs or oats for breakfast.
