+ 1 Test & Deca (2nd Cycle)
Age: 26
Height: 5'6"
Weight: 155lbs
Body Fat: 15-16% (guess, based upon looking at other so called 15% bf pictures)
First Cycle: I did Andropen275, 2 ml a week, split 1 ml Sunday and 1 ml Wednesday. Was it real of fake? I don't know but it worked. My over-all body shape changed dramatically. I went from 154lbs, 20% BF at the beginning, to 165lbs, 15% BF at the end of the cycle. I was happy after doing the math; I had lost 6lbs of fat, and gained 17lbs of new mass.
My PCT was nolva 40/40/20/20. It worked fine. My boys were back in town.
Since then you can see I have lost 10lbs of that new found mass, but have retained the 15% BF. I know that this is due to a lower calorie diet off cycle, and lost water weight.
My question to you:
I am very comfortable starting off with the lower doses of test and deca, as I do want to learn what will work for me. With what I have available, should I run this 14 week Test deca cycle I have charted, or run it as a 12 week cycle where test would be 500mg/wk, and deca at 250mg/wk.

Well 3 weeks later, 30 mins or more on stare-master 6 days a week, high rep. lifting,and a diet that was on point i lost 6 lbs and look like I'm 13%BF.

My advice, is too drop down to 12% bodyfat, cause with that high of bodyfat deca and test is just going to put on so much water weight on you, you're fairly light as it is, so if you drop your bodyfat down, you should explode up! Try doing stair master 5x a week 30 minutes level 6 and get down to 12% naturally before starting cycle!
That is an interesting point, so you think it would be better to trim the fat pre-cycle. I had seen it melt off last cycle so i was honestly going to see what happens this time. Is that naive?
Brother, the work put in pre-cycle can make allll the differnce on how you look post-cycle
Yes....it will be a lot less headaches literally.
Yes that would be naive, deca and test together will put on alot of bloat and water weight, so the higher bodyfat you are, the worse it will be for you, just do a bit of cardio and get down to 12% and then blow up!
shoxingbiceps17agreed. My cycle starts in January and Im running test and deca as well. Im at 10% but im dropping to 8% before my cycle. Dont wanna be too "puffy"
Nice yeah 8% is perfect! especially if you do NPP instead of deca more lean gains!
