Been involved in fitness on and off for a lot of my adult life. Just got back into fitness seriously after a few years for the last year. Not sure on 1RM to be honest.
Expectations
A simple test only cycle so just hoping to gain around 10 pounds and trade in some body fat, if possible.
Gym work
Training for mass by volume and TUT. 5 sets x 10 reps for 10 exercises per body part every week for 16 weeks. Will include accessory lifts, and adapt the program as and when is necessary.
Diet
I have decided on a formula I'm going to try out:
Bodyweight in lbs.
Bodyweight x 0.5 for fats
Bodyweight x 1 for protein
Bodyweight x 1.5 for carbs
This will be checked and adjusted weekly as weight increases or decreases after cycle.
Clean eating: fish, chicken, beef, nuts, whole eggs, rolled oats, bananas, raw honey, spinach, broccoli, carrots, tomatoes, onions, garlic, sweet potatoes, olives and feta cheese, olive oil, apple cider vinegar. You get the idea.
Sunday
Refill and enjoy: full English breakfast, roast dinner, subs, coffee, and pastry.
Supplements: whey protein, casein protein, creatine, amino acids, fish oil, multivitamins.
I don't drink, don't smoke, don't take narcotics.
Concerns
Not too many seeing as this is quite a straightforward cycle. However, I'm thinking of waiting until week four to introduce an AI (unless symptoms present themselves earlier) any thoughts on this? Also, I'm going to be running the cycle for 15 weeks because I'll be buying 3 x 2500mg of Test E and don't want to waste anything. Will this be too long, and do you think a simple two week PCT of Nolvadex Will be enough?

basskiller89Nothing really, I make sure to dose my AI which for me is letro .6mg a day keep me E in check. I'm noticing strength and increase in appetite as well as size. Can't really say I'd run 500mg again after this as of now lol again it's dependent upon how you feel, not worth getting sick or anything else that can go wrong, here if you have any questions brother
Appreciated mate. The only thing with going with doses that high, is there's no going backwards. Going off topic slightly, how often do you get check ups, and what do you test for? For this cycle I want to test pre, during and after the cycle.

And possibly progesterone but if not running Deca it might not be necessary. Thoughts on this?
basskiller89I get bloods every 6 months, before cycle, mid cycle and after cycle, then again to make sure I'm good before next blast
The thing with progestone is I believe that it and prolactin are only an issue when estrogen is high. Having low estrogen inhibits the progesterone / prolactin issues on their down, have to be sure and get blood work is the thing, This is only an issue from 19nor compounds I believe, test shouldn't cause an increase in those two
Yes, that's my understanding also. On to pinning- 500 mg of Test E in one hit, once a week. Only for the more advanced user?

I'm in no rush to reach those dizzy heights. Up next will be a multi-compound cycle. After this that is.

the only issue I see is the PCT .... you aren't running Clomid which is what restarts your system again or are you on TRT
I thought that it's not always necessary to run both as they essentially do the same job?
nolvadex is an AI ... Clomid is NOT

No, not on TRT. I've looked at combining the two and definitely will if that's more beneficial. Thanks for the advice. I'll modify and update the cycle.

170 lean and natty would be awesome. I have ran my first cycle already though, so "in for a penny, in for a pound" as they say. That being said, I don't plan on staying on permanently...........famous last words......
