+ 2 Primo Cycle 2022

STATS, DESCRIPTION, GOALS

My current stats are 245.8lbs at 12.4% bf. My height is around 6'1".

I have ran Primo before for 12 weeks at 300mg along with 250mg of Test. After reading some advice, I decided to try Primo again at a higher dose for longer duration.

The goal of this cycle is to cut. I plan to run Makwas cutting plan where I cycle calories weekly to keep the metabolism sped up. I have done similar plans with much success before for bulking and cutting.

Overall, I know Primo is a more mild drug but this cycle is also focused on well-being with steady gains in mind.

*Update: I will keep Test at 250mg so that I do not need to use an AI. I have not used Proviron before so I will run without it and see if I want to add it in later. The double DHT is also a concern for me so Tbol was another option I had in mind.

Sorry guys have not updated this in awhile. I got very sick a few weeks back. I immediately stopped everything and went back to TRT levels.

Overall, I enjoyed the Primo but cycling seems unwise at the moment due to health concerns. I will update with a new cycle later

Was not able to finish this cycle. I got very sick so nutrition and training went downhill.

I am slowly getting better and back into things. I will cycle again when health concerns are no longer there

STATS UPDATE

I was recently sick so my current weight is low at 232lbs. Bf % has gone down -2.8% and waist -2.2in.

Overall, Primo is really shining at this higher dose. This week I have noticed vascularity similar to that of some orals. Delts and Upper Chest have also been more prominent, which may also contribute to the waist shrinking.

I have decided to take this cut a little bit longer then switch to a bulking protocol. I am happy with the recomp effects but do not want to be at a very low bf %. I will aim for 9% bf before starting my bulk

Update Week 5

Slowly making gains but surprisingly I am having low e2 issues. Normally, I aromatize easily and keep Test lower. I have decided to raise my Test dose to 350mg and see if that helps

On a side note, Primo dosed higher is definitely the go to. The gains from 400 vs 700 is very drastic. As Primo is mild, there is nothing crazy to report back with. High protein and low/moderate carb seems to be the sweet spot for nutrition concerns

For me, at a 1:1 ratio of test and primo, It keeps my e2 in perfect range. I'm currently running 1g test, 1g primo and don't need an AI. The blood work I've seen of my competitive friends says the same. When test is a lot lower than primo, their e2 crashes. So just take what you can from this and maybe get bloods when esters are at full swing. Not everyone reacts this way, but seems to be the norm from what I can tell from blood work. In my personal experience, primo has the highest anti aromatize properties out of primo mast EQ and dhb.

I aromatize pretty easily but I am noticing this effect at week 5 now. I have ran Primo before at a lower dose with no e2 issues so I assume the higher doses effect e2 more.

Update: Week 2

It is early into the cycle but I have already noticed an increase in vascularity and some fullness in my delts/upper chest. My nutrition was not the best when I started so I was holding more water than normal.
Overall, I have lost a couple pounds in water weight while strength is the same.

I have not run into any low e2 issues yet. This is still very early into the cycle, just thought I would update you guys

TRT my guy. Running Test low enough that I do not need AI but have Aromasin on hand just in case.

Appreciate the respond bro. If you don’t mind giving some advice. This will be my 3rd cycle. Both previous my buddy helped me out a lot but I’m not in contact with him anymore. My first cycle I ran a combo of Test Cyp and Test E. Then my 2nd and what I’m gonna run again is E and Tren. I just want to make sure I get the right AI. Any advice will be highly appreciated man. Thanks!

I suggest not running Tren as a second cycle maybe even not at all. You can do a lot with a simple Test cycle and an oral, it will also not be as toxic and have as many sides as something like tren.

Solid primo cycle. That is where primo should be ran at. I have noticed around that dose that I can even put on some lean mass while in a cal deficit due to the crazy nitro retention that primo has. That calorie cycling should really melt the fat off. Are you trying to get down to a certain BF%? If you have some provi that would be a good addition.

I am trying to cut down to be sub 10% bf. This is normally when I start to lose muscle mass during a cut, so my hope is the primo will help retain lean mass.
I have been reading up on provi and I know many guys use it but I do not know the benefit in addition to primo. If you have any advice or details about it, Id love to know.

Primo loves nitrogen, ie protein. Feed it at least 2g/lb and you will not lose muscle and likely gain some lean mass during a cut. I was still building muscle in cal def of 500 cals. Once I hit 1000cal deficit for a few weeks during prep I stopped building muscle but I still wasn't loosing any so still a win. You are going to be low carbs so put those cals into protein and you will be happy. I was hitting 400+g protein in a 750 cal def and still building muscle while stripping fat. Was kind of crazy.

Provi really should be ran when using lower doses of test. Knocks down the SHBG which bumps up the free test which is what provides the anabolic boost we want from test. Makes that 300mg of test feel and act like 500mg but without the sides/aromatization of running higher test. I really like running primo with a test dose to where I don't need an AI. 250mg is about tops for me and with provi I am maxing that 250mg to its full anabolic potential. 75mg/d will have your test dose feeling like you are using a lot more. Sometimes I'll drop test down to 150mg to really squeeze out any water I may be holding and the addition of provi is really noticeable.

Some people claim primo has a mild AI affect on them but they are more the exception than the rule. Has no affect on my estro. If you find you need to run an AI then bump your test down to where you don't need one. I would probably go the opposite of what you are doing. I would start at a test dose where I know that no AI needed and if primo was acting as a mild ai then I would up the test dose.

6 weeks is a better idea. I had a similar thought about double dht. I have not ran Primo this high yet, so I will see as weeks progress if I have any dht related issues.

I debated about using tbol as a kickstart instead of finishing with var. I have never used tbol before but from what I have read it is like dbol but without the high estrogen related issues. Any thoughts on this?
