Pre-Competition 8 month cycle

This was an 8 month prep for my first competition. It was the most gear I'd ever taken, and twice as long as my previous 4 month cycles. The Clen was 2 days on, 2 days off. The contest was at the end of Week 35, and Week 36 is my bridge

Not trying to be a downer here but John Marshall and Oz are both around your age and don’t use near that much gear.
I honestly think you could have achieved that on trt,

Don't get me wrong, but if you go to the beach and just look around, you will see every second guy is in better shape, even without entering the gym once.
Think about it. You spent lots of money, lots of time, lots of energy in this preparation. The left picture was fine, you had some decent amount of muscle, you just had to drop the bodyfat. With all that gear you would have to gain a lot of quality muscle, but it did not happen.
You would have reached the same condition with just the clen for sure.
This is not a hate against you, but that coach is crap.

Hey bro, i dont want to repeat again. But its alot for prep. Also very strange combos.

Dont see this as me burning you, only want you to be safe and give some advice.

Keep it simple and get better results. You could have looked way more shredded imo! I am not a pro athlete.. also what does this even say about him. Almost all ifbb pro athletes have there own coaches. We also got some of those coaches over here, but they need to invest alot of there time. And that's the problem most got there own shows and some of there athlete's are promising the rest of the less prommising athletes they invest much less. So it very likely they give you somebody else his prep cycle . They dont bother them self with changes along the way.

I make a plan and adjust it when I go along.

Hope you understand what I am saying and hope you will do more shows if you like to do them. But try to learn enough to make your own contest preps. Because the only one who has no interest in your money is you. You want the best for yourself!

Little inside info a prep would be more like this.

Test p 100mg eod/ tren a 100-200mg eod/ mast 100-200eod. Some t3/ some clen, up when needed. Also orals if needed win or halo but only right before the show. Ai maybe Letro for the water. Your training should be more reps and dropsets. These is a simple cut. Also GH is good but not in and out. Only stop 2 weeks before show. And take it rest of year because they need to be taken long to get good results. Deca and test e are not very common to use and as I see in your pictures you needed more hardening and less water. Only if you have problem injecting your self alot I would use long acting gear. But not that much test

It's what my coach recommended to get ready for competition. He's an IFBB Pro. He has no financial interest in what I'm using, so he's not profiting off it. He is not the only coach who recommended that amount of gear.

Yes, I'm paying my coach, but he's not selling me the gear. If he were selling me the gear, then he'd had a financial interest in selling me as much gear as possible as he'd be making more money.

Okay just seems like a lot for me but Im fairly new to This . Just seems like a lot of drugs to even make it to a stage . Idk sorry if it comes out rude not my intention at all just to clarify . Why not a not so damaging cycle and for that lenght. With somewhat lower doses Get diet checked in and maybe longer time to prepare for the show ?

I was on a diet. I use a food tracker, and was following 275 g protein, 200 g carbs, 80 grams fat. I did body comp 6 weeks into the cycle and 2 weeks before competition. I dropped 8 lbs of fat and added 6 lbs of muscle, over those 6 months. That's a large amount of muscle to add. I should have dropped more fat for competing, but I did fairly well. Going forward, it will be less gear for a shorter period—16 weeks.

If you continue with this pursuit I would recommend just sticking to primo if you insist on running gear. Essentially zero sides at and your level of competition it’s all conditioning and nothing helps hold mass in a deficit like primo does.

Yes enanthate. I’d say 500-800 depending on your size and goals. 500 would be plenty for you and you’d probably feel a lot better than you did with the deca/tren/EQ stack.

What are u planning for pct or will you need trt for life after a cycle like this?

I've been bridging (TRT) for the past few years. At my age, it's too hard to come back, even from a less intense cycle. My trainers and friends who compete or have competed have all said, it's not worth coming off.

Yes. It was what my coach recommended. I even changed coaches after a few weeks due to problems with the diet, and aside from the changes to the cycle, did not change the plan for 8 months.

Either way, as long as the gear isn't screwing with my numbers, they are what they are. And a bodybuilding diet keeps the triglycerides (the real demons)

My cholesterol is so low my cardiologist doesn't get upset about the ratio, and as I said, it doesn't change much on or off. (Though the cardiologist isn't thrilled by the gear, and I don't tell him how much I'm doing.)

Can you post those bloods? AAS is basically cholesterol and if it didn't raise your levels to dangerous on those doses you were on bunk test. Genetics can only overcome so much.

I got the numbers. My numbers bridging on Test 175/week and GH are worse than when I was in the middle of the cycle. That IS disturbing. I'm going to run them again next week. I wasn't good about taking my meds, and I only fasted 12 hours after a cheat meal, so I'll run them again for my baseline.

Age has a way of changing you and your body. You were on a dangerous length of time at your age so you were playing Russian roulette. Just remember noone will see your perfect body 6 feet under. You are never to old to learn so make sure you fix your shit if its possible. Noone dies of steroids, they die from the complications that can happen from abusing it.
