Planned cycle : 2nd Cycle - Check me out
I've ran a few light cycles and have learned the hard way with a few compounds. Glad I found you guys. Need some feedback. (Winny is not a fat burner lol) I'm about 250 with a decent amount of body fat but I've been on a steady slow diet with 6 days deficit and one surplus around 2500-2800 on my deficit days and 4500 on my surplus. My diet is clean with at least 220gs of protein. I've lost 50 pounds in the last 6 months with diet and steady workouts. Mostly weight training of course but a little CrossFit..(I'm not in a cult I just enjoy olympic lifts lol) I've worked out for 6-7 years and have pretty much reached my natural plateau using various different systems. With one successful 12 week cycle of Test Cyp at 500mg a WK I saw amazing results and all my maxes went up 20-40lbs. I'm a big framed endo and I'm thinking my lean weight is probably in the low 200s. This is the cycle I have and am planning to start. I'm looking to repartition some of this weight just to look good. I know I'm still a little fat guys but lean muscle burns more calories so am I justified in running this now? Ive went lighter on the Deca but I have enough to up it to 600mg. First time trying Deca so I figured 450mg would be best to see how my body reacts to the compound. Any comments suggestions insight.. I feel like I'm good to go but maybe not? That's what this place was created for. Give it to me guys..

You surely need to focus on your diet and skip this cycle for now. Lower the body fat much safer it is when running gear. PCT is also not planned well. Test E is too much. Better focus on bringing Body fat to certain level and then plan cycle again with basics.
Holy shit that's alot of wasted gear. Especially at your current form.
More is not better when it comes to drugs.
Most bros dose way to high and don't actually try low doses or step up over time.
It's just take a redline dose, and then you add a redline dose of deca too. No way for me.
I am not sure how you can be taking over a gram of steroids a week at any level of health and fitness without not really caring about your health or fitness.
In my opinion 300mg test and 100mg deca. is an intermediate cycle past your experience level. Gains are made in gym and diet. Not from over dosing drugs
Checking your pictures I may say you are not ready for such a cycle, dude. There is still A LOT to do before considering it, in my opinion. You still have a long way to improve without using steroids. Also I think you have a lot to learn, though.

They are over a month old at time of posting and I realize I have made a lil more progress since then and was still kinda bloated.. he said verbatim "dude that was a month ago on a Sunday.. it had been two days since you worked out and 3 days since you did any upper body.. you basically took pictures of the worst looking you, delete them dumbass"... I'm gonna leave them fuck it.. just because.. motivation if anything... I'm gonna post some better pictures.. but yeah guys you are all right. I'm gonna get this off me first and then reevaluate the whole cycle.. may just be around 500mg of test like most of you are saying for my first few. I'll put the Deca up. I'll get to use it one day.. lol. I'm glad I'm not some soft skinned pussy.. makes me wonder how many guys y'all have made slit their wrist.. down the street not accrossed it! Haha jk. Way to roll with it buddy, hang in there and stick around. I’m one of the people I think you are talking about with the 500 test, but really you should try to get your body fat down more first. Have you ever had your off cycle hormone levels checked recently? Could possibly be a candidate for trt given age and previous use history. Mine was low for a while but I was able to jumpstart natural production again with a good pct and there are some over the counter things that boost test as well like trib and DAA give you a little kick in the nuts so to speak. Put the work in in the gym and dial in your diet, get your test level checked before you cycle and go from there. Good luck to you!
No I haven't bro. And yeah I'm just gonna wait till I get this off of me first and then I'm gonna get my labs. I'm gonna post some pics then and re think the cycle with help from you guys.. I'm gonna go ahead and get the stuff I need for a better Pct too. I figure itl take me some months but I'll b back with. In the meantime I'm just gonna do more research on everything I'm sure I'll run into y'all somewhere. I was just on Tate's write ups on more modern pcts.. but I got a bunch to learn.. time to research blood work and levels.. thanks guys

Congrats on the weight drop. Keep it going. You are clearly making some good progress with what you are doing. Get things tightened up a bit before running a cycle. Pretty much a waste of a cycle when you are making headway like you are now. Only negatives if running a cycle now. If you start to plateau then lets reassess your diet and workout plan first and then get a cycle lined up afterwards. Running a 19nor is a whole other beast which you surely do not want to tackle for your next cycle though.

Molinin302I honestly care. I got a very overdosed bottle of dbol, even now I couldn't tell you how strong it was. I can tell you the sides were very very bad. But they wouldn't have been so bad if I wasn't carrying the weight. Forget about bloods, theres no way his baseline vitals are ok. It's not the time for him to do this. Today was a feel good day, just trying to keep the love flowing lol

Molinin302Very excited about my first ever go with anavar. I don't stay six pack ab, but can see the top four easily. I stay as lean as I comfy with. This will be a test (500mg per week. 200cyp split, and small dose prop). Anavar for 6 week. Npp 400 weekly for 6 and introducing deca week 4. Masteron at 250 the entire 16 weeks. Anastrozole inj at 1mg a week. B6 at 300mg daily as needed. Going to try something different with the diet this time but I've already taken up enough space lol
Edit- no PCT, it will be back to prescribed TRT and nothing more.
