30 yrs old 5'11'' 210lbs 15% bf my goal is to drop to 10% bf and try and remain at current weight.
Train 5 days cardio & weights average about 2 hr workout.
Nutrition 200g protein w +-200g carbs, 1 cheat meal a weak, but

Going to do bloods before, mid, and after. Any input would be appreciated.
NOTE: Before I found eroids :I started w anavar as a first cycle 25mg a day for 10 weeks pct nolvadex 40/40/20/20. 5 months later I did test C 250mg a week & tren 100mg a week for 10 weeks because a local src recomended T&T which now i have pimple scaring underneath the jaw line because of it. Pct was from gnc for 4 weeks two weeks later I went into sust n deca for 10 wks 250mg of each per week w pct nolvadex 40/40/20/20 its been almost 3 months since i last did these horrible first cycles glad I was doing low dosages & that I found eroids when I did. So this leads me to proceed the eroids way! Going to start like its my first cycle trying to do it right so if my fellow brothers can chime in to tweek this cycle up advice would be appreciated. O im starting next month which will be march 2014. Much Love

Looks like you should really study pct for a couple days. Did u really run var with no test?
U used gnc pct four 4 weeks after ten weeks of tren and test.... then u cycled on afer only two more weeks?
Your making mistakes thT can be fixed easliy. Study as longs as u lift everyday
5% bf is a lot to lose in 12 weeks. Carb reduction is key as VITAMIN - V does lay out as you posted. Additionally hit that cardio like your running for your life! The test c will help hold the mass during your adventure. Set and achieve your goals no matter what!
I'm curious as to how you learned your bf%. Did you have it checked by a trainer or specialist of some sort?
Not sure if I read that wrong below, but do not consider skipping clomid during pct. The drug itself plays a vital role to stimulating the testis to produce test, as well as the pituitary for releasing gonadal hormones are responsible for test production.

T bro. I'm not trying to dispute that link, but I was a certified trainer and nutritionist for several years, and one of my jobs was a classroom instructor for both to prep for exams.
Body composition testing is not just something I taught, but something I did for many years. Visual aide is truly the worst way to gauge BF%. Reason being that it's a expression of total body fat. You can't truly asses this by looking at the upper body.
The ways out bodies distribute fat tissue differs from person to person. Not one was this something I was taught in school, but it's something that I was able to validate with my experience as a trainer.
I remember one guy that was my running partner. We lifted a lil together but mostly did our runs. This guy had a popping six pack with good separation. His skin fold measurement for his abs and pecs were in the single digits, but all the lower body points read upper 20's. Genetically, his body was programmed to deposit fat tissues below the waste. He was a 12-14%, but looked like your single digit guys in the pics you posted.
I'm def not dissing you bro. Just trying to illustrate how inaccurate the pictorial system is for something like this.
For example my arms have veins on veins and my legs have striations so deep pussy juice pools up in em.
But if just to lok at my gut you would say 20%.
I think the solution is simple.
Cardio' 2x a day. 3 mile run at rouvh pace am. 90 mintes walking or eliptical pm.
Up protein
Up water
Up sleep
roughneck12VHMAN called it right. Cycle is good and ai correct. Clomid is recommended but I don't see it being a really bad decision on this cycle. If you have trouble in pct might want to add it.

Looks pretty simple and solid to me. Your clomid and nolvadex are in the wrong columns. Your first and especially your second/third cycles were complete train wrecks, including your GNC pct!
Have you done any bloods to see where you are at after your "cycles"? Get those done.
The only hesitation I have is that with your combined second/third cycle, you may want to hold off for a bit and recover. Just a thought.
Thanks for the reply I know those cycles were horrible, but you live and learn. Going to do that blood test before I do anything will post it when i get results.
Honestly, we can spin you round for round on what each of us feels is the "best" thing for you to do based on the limited facts we have here.
Typically, a 3-4 month recovery period is sufficient. HOWEVER, it really depends on how you look at your recovery. Pct is meant to be just that: recovery. If you run 12-16 week cycles, execute the appropriate ancillary support aides, and follow a proper pct protocol, you should see a HPTA rebound.
So, instead of saying "go ahead" or "wait longer", why don't you run a blood panel and post it up. Let us see at what level your axis is functioning so we can give you the right facts to help you make an informed decision about when to start your next cycle.
In this panel, we'll need to see the following at a minimum:
Total test serum
Estradiol (E2)
Leutienizing Hormone (LH)
Follicle Stimulating Hormone (FSH)
Be sure to have your system completely clear of any OTC test boosters or AI's and SERMS (clomid or nolva). I want to see your baseline, natty figures following your previous cycle. There's a good chance your levels are in the normally function ranges and have only suffered a slight decrease in efficiency from the induced shutdown of your previous cycle.
