my test e cycle

i am 177cm 74kg
my diet will be around 3500 cals and 180-200gm protein
will test for test and e2 before cycle and at week 4 and after pct
will keep armidex in hand untill i see my e2 at week 4.
i expect to be around 82-84 kind off lean like 10%
