Lean Gaining Phase coming from Contest Prep, IF** Physique

I'll be starting my Bulk, coming from Contest Prep and Shootings.

Want to gain as much lean muscle mass as possible without any unnecessary fat or water gain.

I'm 6foot and 190lbs at contest Shape, want to get up to maybe 195-205 "lean" maybe step on stage next time in may at 195 or even 200lbs.

Nutrition:

500g Protein
200g Carbs
40g Fats

Training:
6x a Week, every Bodypart 2Times.

Dosages are Weekly except Dbol.

If you just got done with a contest prep, I wouldn't recommend any cycle right now. Let your body recover first and normalize and then get back into a cycle. You are burning the candle from both ends here and you will end up burning yourself out real soon continuing on that path.

Did you read his stats mak? Blasting and cruising running ridiculous cycles and hes 19 years old.............
