Its not just the fact that your first cycle is horribly written but what really kills me is the pct you included 3wks just Nolvadex at the lowest dose possible.

6ft at 120 are you a very thin women like I told the last kid you need a 12 wk cycle of eat a damn sandwich. You are not going to gain muscle trying to stay at 4%. And you have a lot naturally like at least 60 lbs. you and skin and bones. I wouldn't touch if I were you until at least 190. And how old are you.
It's weird, his stats say 6'3" and 237 lbs, so either a typo maybe or trolling. I couldn't imagine being 6 foot at 120 lbs, that's like a walking stick!
