I would love to run my third cycle and i want some advice. But please
My cycle is based off from Cycle: Test + Deca bulking cycle by j223 on this post instead of Deca i put in Npp
My previous cycle history
1st Test only 500mg/wk 8 Weeks cycle
2nd Test and tbol 40 mg/ED for 4 weeks 500 mg/wk 12 weeks cycle.
For my nutrition in this cycle I will follow a high carbs and 2 grams protein to my boy weight diet

Why would you possibly think it’s a good idea to run gear at your size?! Bro you weigh 40lb less than me and your taller! You need calories not gear. At your height and weight you might gain 10 pounds off the cycle and you still won’t even look like you work out. I’m not trying to be rude or insulting you I’m just trying to say that you need to get the fundamentals of food and training down first. Worry about gear five years from now

Absolutely! Post what your eating now so we can see that plan. For example I put mine on a simple spreadsheet. That way I can take my eight meals and add up the protein for each, the fat for each, the carbs are each, and then of course the total calories.

Look at Lee Priest in his off season and on season... do you see what he did that you’re not doing? He ate like a truck off season to put on mass, then carved it up.
You’re under the impression that you can gain 50lbs of muscle while staying lean if you just managed to figure out the right type of cycle... people with bigger wallets and benevolent sponsors figured out that wasn’t possible ages ago. If it was, it would be common knowledge.
If you spent as much time researching nutrition as you do looking up cycles, you’d already be 80% of the way there.
At this point I’m starting to believe you’re a steroid junkie.

Plenty of advice here your just not listening. You need to eat more your not going to get any bigger if you don’t. Forget the lean bulk. Up your calories and protein. When you hit 200 lbs or better then do a cut. Drugs aren’t the answer. If they were you would already be bigger. 500 mgs of Cyp and some Provi will do you right. Option 2 continue on and continue not makeing gains..

We need to get your nutrition figured out. 2 cycles in the book and you are only 170lbs at 5'10". Should be hitting 200+ lbs by now. Something is off with nutrition. You just finished your last cycle so you have 4-5 months before even considering running another cycle. You need to put on some natural weight in that time frame before justifying running another cycle. Putting the cart in front of the horse here. You need advice on nutrition at this point and not cycling advice. Figure out where your diet is going wrong first before being concerned about what to run for a cycle.

That is diet related. Don't need anabolics if that is your main goal.
sorry i want to have PHYSIQUE body type sir, but after last two cycles it is still far away from PHYSIQUE. My body is leaned but i am lack of the fullness/density of the muscle.This is why i decided to throw in deca/NPP/tren after doing whole day research i found interest going toward to NPP.
You lack fullness in your muscles because you’re not eating properly. Gear is not going to magically make your muscles expand without the proper calories and carbs and protein. You this all backwards. I can see you don’t want to take peoples advice but all of us are bigger than you..... so then maybe you should rethink what you’re doing.
You first have to put the mass on and then you can carve it up. You'll never get there trying to stay under 8% BF and put on 30 lbs of muscle at the same time. Like I said get your nutrition squared away so you start building lean mass and then once you have gained it you start molding your body into how you want it to look. No point in using AAS to stay skinny and shredded.
Physique competitors don’t walk around like that year round. There’s plenty on here ask ...by the way Makwa does compete in bodybuilding so don’t have selective hearing he knows what he’s talking about.
basskiller89I think test at 500mgs for 12-14 weeks is sufficient for a 3rd cycle brother, especially at 170lbs which is probably too light to even be running a cycle. Can you post your nutrition plan for this cycle?
