STATS, DESCRIPTION, GOALS

This is my first Cycle and wanted to cut up , lose some body fat and get a little more bulky.

A friend has used these and basically i want to start slow and work my way up to reduce the side effects. i plan on starting on a small dose of Test p to get a jump start and then bump it up to a regular weekly dosage i would also like to use var to help start cutting and building some muscle. then i was going to stop the test p and use the sust for the longer release and not have such a pip as the short ester protest p . any help would be appreciated in understanding this better the friend that has taken these has bulked up and has done several cycles new to this and wanted to get others thoughts. i will also be on a baked food only diet low carbs as well as working out daily. i eat lots of fish, chicken and vegetables . im not trying to be a body builder or compete just want that nice cut image again.

This is all wrong for ur first cycle. Ut 5'7 @195, what is ur bodyfat??? Probably pretty high if I had to guess.. Getting lean has to do with ur diet. Ur gonna pull alot of water weight and be all over the place with hormonal imbalances.. Save all the stuff. Short esters are not for the newbie and require frequent pinning. What's ur pinning schedule?? Where are u pinning??

I would say my body is pretty lean except the gut factor not huge usually flat in the morning when my stomach is empty and have a slight 6 pack. my wieght goes from 195 to 165 in less then 2 months when i diet . im looking to cut up and gain a little muscle. any suggestions is apprectiated./

with sust i was going to start with 1 a week it has a long ester so i figured it would be good for the slow release. I am a newbie so im taking it slow and trying to learn what my body is going to do. im going to get blood test done before during and after to monitor my levels. im going to pin in the thigh and rotate to other. if im doing test p i was going to use it just for the boost before the long ester would even have time to kick in. Just here tyring to figure this out from some people with experience.

Just run test at 250mg, track bloods and food intake, see results, repeat cycle 1 with necessary changes such as estrogen control, check bloods and track diet, see results, decide from there to potentially increase test dose by 100mg or something of that nature or perhaps a light oral. Basically do the bare minimum to start, track how it affects your body, track it again to prove understanding of controlling your estrogen, then only increase to continue driving results

This is basically going to do. im going to go get blood test before during and after. im also cut my calories to less then 1000 a day on a high protien diet. im already pretty lean other then my gut i was once cut the way im seeking when i was in the military this is my first cycle and i plan on this because i know at the age 40 i have lost some test and want to rplace with some half dose on a gear. not looking to go all in or anything like these guys above seem to think the chart was just for basic refernce and as you can see its half doses. but i appreciate your feed back and im going to do this first.
