First Test-E cycle
Hey buddies! Just recently started posting here at the forum and the after great advice from you guys I'm starting my first cycle.
Clean and simple first cycle with Test-E (500mg/week in 2 shots for 10 weeks - maybe 12 depending on how it goes), plus 4 weeks of PCD with Clomid (100/100/50/50) and Nolva (40/40/20/20)
Age: 27 years,
BF: ~14%
Mesomorph
Height: 1,72 m
Weight: 73 kg (my weight has being roughly the same for the past 2 years)
Training: 5-6 times a week, 45m cardio and abs ED.
I'll shot myself every Monday and Thursday morning. As I'm doing only test-E and alone, I'll do it on the glutes with 23Gx1" (next week I'll get some 1 1/5" to try)
I'll continue with the supplementation I was doing before:
Morning: 30g soy-protein + 5g glutamine + 100mg DHEA (one week on, one week off)
Pre workout: C4 Cellucor + 5g creatine
Post workout: 30g whey + 5g creatine + 5g glutamine + multi-vitamine + omega3
Night: 20g whey + 10g casein + ZMA

Thanks JintoBold! Gonna run labs know and 6 weeks again. As far as eating, I already told some guys here how fat I was in the past, and after loosing so much weight is a bit hard to lose the fear of gaining again, but I'm working on that. I really don't feel comfortable ditching cardio, I mean, it#s not like I'm really lean now coy I know I have some belly and lower-back fat that still need some attention, so I think it won't be a big of a harm to keep sweating a bit on cardio - not gonna run 4km a day anymore, that's for sure. A... already, asked here, but, again, I got myself Asin from Zydex 25mg/cap, any recommendation on usage (only if gyno is experienced, or regardless of it) Thanks for the tips bro!
Soy protein and estrogen used to be a major concern. I'm not sure I have read enough about soy protein, but here is a recent article about it.

Few things I see, most will just repeat what the others have said:
You need to at least have an AI on hand and know how to dose it.
You need pre cycle blood work. You can use the search function to find where to go and what to get.
How about you post up your entire meal plan. I remember you are worried about gaining fat but on cycle you shouldn't be as concerned as you are when natty. Also want to increase protein intake to at least 2g per pound of body weight.
As far as your supps they seem ok. I am an anti soy guy but never have done soy powder so don't know about that. I would say you Post WO shake needs some type of simple carbs. And your pre bed shake might as well be pure casein and needs some fats. I prefer 50g casein and then 4 tablespoons coconut oil. But most stick to 2 tablespoons of some type of healthy fat.

I got myself Asin from ZydexP (25mg per cap). Would you recommend to take it regardless of signs of gyno, or only if experienced?
I was a lil behind with the blood work, gonna do one this week.
As far as eating... I'm really trying believe me, but that's by far the most difficult part for me, because I know, from experience, how fat I can get and how quickly can I bloat BIG TIME. I'll post an eating log, but I can tell I'm trying to eat more hehe (for a chubby dude that's hard to say lmao). Thanks for the tips agaaain!
If you are trying to bulk, ditch the cardio. Put those cals to work building muscle instead of sweating on a treadmill.

That's almost like asking a religious person to ditch the church man! Ive reduced a bit of it, but I'm really, like REALLY scared of getting fat again. It's not like I'm running 4 to 5km everyday anymore, and I hope some mins on cardio won't jeopardize the whole idea of gaining some muscle. Do you really think it could be that bad? Thanks!
There is a direct inverse relationship between cardio and building muscle mass. The more cardio the less potential for mass growth. Properly structure your diet and you should not be gaining much fat but you will be packing on muscle instead.
Follow this protocol and you should be able to maximize muscle growth and minimize fat gain during your cycle.

I would use 1.5" pins for glutes, unless you are really lean. Most men hold fat there so you must go thru half inch of fat to get to the muscle. Also, I see you have no AI. I would have some adex or asin on hand just in case you run into any side effects. Better to have and not need, than need and not have! I ran this cycle for my first run and need .5mg adex 3x week to keep estro in check. I ran my cycle for 12 weeks. You may want to do the same. Enan does not really start kicking until week 5. I made great gains in weeks 11 and 12. Remember to increase your protein as your bodyweight increases. My weight stalled a few times because I could not believe the amount of food I needed as time progressed and bodyweight climbed. Some will recommend using HCG before PCT. I do. It's cheap and helps make the recovery process easier. 1000iu EOD for 10 days prior to starting Nolv/Clom. Enjoy bro. Eat big. I would ditch the soy protein and replace it with real food or casein/whey protein.
