This is my first "real" cycle. In the old days I did prohormones with PCT before prohormones were banned. Been on TRT (test c 250mg per week) for 4 years.
Pre-cycle stats:
5'11", 202lbs, 18% bodyfat
Description:
18 week novice bulk cycle.
Weekly: test c 500mg, deca 250mg, split into 2 doses
Goals:
Gain 10lbs muscle. Total gains should not be more than 50% fat.
Results so far (week 14 of 18):
222 lbs, 20% bodyfat
Gained 13 lean pounds, 7 pounds bodyfat
