STATS, DESCRIPTION, GOALS

I’m 30 years old. 5’10” 160lbs & I don’t have an accurate measurement for body fat but I would have to guess I’m somewhere in between 15-20% BF. I’ve been going to the gym consistently for almost 3 years. I worked out all through high school and about 2 years after I graduated. Wasn’t nearly as knowledgeable as I am now, even though I still have plenty to learn. I was just some punk kid who probably hit chest, biceps and Triceps 4 or 5 days a week. Looking back the only thing I did right was cardio. I ran 3 times a week, and by the end of it all, I was running about 7 miles straight. (Thought I wanted to train in MMA @ the time. Even had a personal trainer.) It all came to an end when personal trainer wanted to transition from MMA to bodybuilding. He offered up the idea of putting me on my first cycle, and like the good kid I was, I turned it down and we went separate ways. ( look at me now, Ha.) Anyways, I work full time but have fell in love with BB. I would like to get to 185lbs around 15% BF. I don’t care so much about being able to bench press 400lbs or anything like that. More aesthetics for me. I didn’t get into any AAS until the last year or so. About 2 years ago I went to get blood work done to check my levels because I was feeling tired and weak all the time. My results came back and my Test. levels were at 307. They put me on TRT and levels have gradually been rising since. I got my levels up to the high 500’s before I ran my first “cycle” of Test Cyp. Only. 500mgs/week. 6-8 weeks. (Been awhile) I tolerated the higher dose of Test really well. Had no Estrogen spike or sides. Took 4 weeks off and took Clomid for PCT. My 2nd “Cycle” was Test C 200mg/week Test E 300mg/week & Deca 250mg/week. (Added in Injectable Dbol last 4 weeks & First 4 weeks @ 25mgs EOD.) Had some very minor acne on my arms and back. (I say VERY minor because I’ve seen & heard the horror stories of Bacne.) Made Decent gains, weight went from 165 to 176lbs. Being a complete beginner and idiot, I ran the cycle for way to long. Ran out of the Deca 10 weeks in, switched to EQ @ 300mg/week. Run it for 4 weeks and didn’t like the way I was feeling. (I think my blood pressure was up bc of the Dbol So I dropped everything but my TRT dose of Test Cyp. 200mg/Week.. For 4 weeks.) To “Try” to get my levels back to normal for my bloodwork. Jumped right back on, Switched EQ For Primo 200mg/week For 10 weeks. Test 400mg/Week and Oral Dbol for 4 weeks. So cycle went about 24 weeks combined. (I say that because the 4 weeks in between probably didn’t do much of anything but let my levels drop a little & give my body a small break.) Took HCG for a few weeks, Clomid 50mg/day and lowered to TRT dose/week for a little over 2 months. Got bloodwork done around 6 weeks of being off of everything but TRT. My test levels are still in the 1200’s. Posted most Recent bloodwork panels below & plan for next cycle. I am here to learn from the experienced people in here & more than open to suggestions & criticism. I want longevity more than anything. Not looking to BLOW up in 6-8 weeks. I was doing more experimenting than anything in the beginning. Trying to find what my body responded to the best. I have Arimidex and Cialis on hand. Thoughts on Caber?? I haven’t had much issues with estrogen. Doc gave me a blocker to take for a week one time. Blood pressure was running a little high at one point. Been taking lisinopril daily. I hope I answered any questions that may come up.

Since you asked for suggestions and criticism, here is my take.
First, drop the AAS. Keep with your doctor prescribed TRT dose and use ONLY this. 200mg is a bit high for a TRT dose but it varies from person to person and as long as its pharma and bloodwork confirmed it should be fine.
Second, focus on eating and training. There are many forums on here that discuss both in detail for each goal of yours.
Finally, pick one goal or another (bulk or cut). You can sit at maintenance calories for a bit and do a “recomp” but I recommend the faster better approach of bulk/cut.

The main point is that you are normal/underweight at 160lbs and 5’10”. You bulked up before to 175lbs but lost all of that progress which means the main focus should be nutrition and training.

I hope this helps, I just hate seeing people do the YO-YO cycle of adding in compounds but unable to keep it due to poor nutrition, training and knowledge.

I 100% agree with this. Pick a goal, set the plan, work for the goal (bulk or cut) and that will give you the most reward.

TRT 200mg - 200g protein a day eat in a small surplus, build strong habits (training, nutrition, sleep). Study how to train intensely and with a purpose. Eat right. Recover well. Really focus on the habits. Once the habits have been mastered for 8-12 weeks and you have a goal in mind, study the compounds you wish to use. I find Youtube to be a great source. I particularly enjoy Chase Irons and some of Vigorous Steve's content.

My goal moving into a cycle is to feel 100% confident with my choices and know how to combat any side effects that may happen. I like to have my training routine set and all of my variables under control and in my favor.
16-week cycles are a great amount of time to get a lot done if the variables and habits are in place.

I’m confused, didn’t you post lab work from almost this exact same cycle? So this isn’t your first legit cycle?

I wouldnt run the cycle at all. I would modify calories and drop aerobic activity. Change workouts for power and you can add mass/strength quickly. No sides or pct or worry. Then at 185 pounds take a look on whether you cycle or feel good at the weight.

I personally don't see the point in titrating the doses up and down. Only thing that does is cause major fluctuations IMO. I'd start with the desired dose from the start and keep it at that all the way through cycle. It keeps things simple and much easier to track, but if the titrate method is your preffered and works for you, I understand. Also, 8 weeks of primo is pointless as you'd be stopping it right about when it's just ready to do its magic. Primo takes a long time to kick and I'd suggest saving it for later until you have enough for a 20 week run. TestE and TestC are basically the same...I'd pick one or the other...I would scrap this and stick to test/primo for 20 weeks instead...slow and steady ad you said you want.

So if I were to stick with the Test & NPP should I just start with 500mgs Test and 300mgs of Npp? How long would you recommend running it for?? I only have the Test Cyp in there because I already take 200mg per week for TRT. Basically using it Until the Test P brought my levels up. I keep seeing people suggesting to take the shorter esters together. Like Test P. & Npp. And also it would cut down on the amount of injections I would have to do. Would you suggest just running 500mgs of Test P.?

Highly recommend you read up on various test esters and learn the difference between each ones. That way you have a deeper understanding of the way they function and the recommended pinning protocol for each ester. Short esters are frequently recommended to stack together, yes due to the fact that it only makes sense and they pair up perfectly with each other. Peaks much faster compared to longs, generally used in shorter duration compared to longs also. I would not recommend TestP for entire 16 week as it would entail more frequent injections compared to test e or test c. This brings back to the point in fully understanding esters.
