First Cycle: Test E - 20% Body Fat - Cutter first half, bulk second

ad
STATS, DESCRIPTION, GOALS

My Stats:

32yo.
176lbs
5'8"
BF 20% with the foot scale --> Would like to get it down to 12-15% by the end of this cycle. Is this realistic?

Contradictory to suggestions of boosting at a lower BF, I've made the decision to start anyway.

I just ordered my gear from domesticx, as they seem to have solid reviews. Plan on pinning 200mg Monday/Thursday for 11 weeks with a 500mg frontload on week 1.

I have lots of fat in my midsection and would like to lose it, and at the same time make some gains. Please provide diet suggestions.

Any constructive comments and/or suggestions are appreciated.

I would halt the cycle and spend 8-12 weeks on HARD Diet and Cardio with a Strenght Based Training split

You can easily shed 0.75 to 1% bodyfat per week on a good diet and training schedule.

I would not touch the cycle untill you get to 13-15% as you will find your cycle will be explosive in gains as you can then "grow" in to the cycle from all the dieting.

True about chances of more sides the higher body fat I would get bloods check ur cholesterol and all that good stuff and as long as thats all good I would go for it but thats just me..

Thanks for the insight...you're right; my impulsivity is taking over me lol -- I will just keep working at it until my BF goes down even more.

Updated my pics....the one I originally posted was when I was 26%, oops.

I think you should do a caliper test. You are definitely higher than 20%. How long have you been lifting? Personally bro I would hold off on the test and steer you towards HGH, cardio and diet. You are definitely going to experience sides. If you do elect to run a cycle anyway I would consider switching your AI to Aromasin, at very least have some in case the adex doesn't agree with you.

Most important, have you done pre-cycle bloods? This is the single most important thing I would recommend.

I've been lifting for 1 year on/off. Continuously for the past 6 months. I'm scheduled to see the MD this week and I'm going to request a full blood workup.

I lifted at minimum 5 days per week for 4 years before I started a cycle. Even then I still could have done a better job with diet and cardio than I did. If you were to stall this out for one year and are serious about getting that BF% down I bet you would be glad you did. Good luck, regardless..

I dont know all that much about cycling but I think I have read that if you are a higher bodyfat when starting to cycle then the chance of getting estrogen related sides is alot higher than if you were around 12% bf?

Gear is NOT magic, period. Diet and cardio, build a solid base then research and make an educated informed decision on what to do. It's a lifestyle change, a major one at that. Work out naturally until you've reached a plateau. I used to eat, breathe and live the lifestyle. I got divorced and stopped altogether, built up some fat around my midsection, but still had a solid foundation, its all coming back, but its a huge commitment. Just so you know, this is not a 50 yard dash, it's like a marathon...this cycle will not do what you want it to...please educate yourself, train and diet hard for at least a year or you're going to be disappointed.

Thanks for the reply. A. So I guess I'll frontload to 800 - B. Will do. C. Currently, I do have my diet in check; for the past 2 months at least. I've gone down from 26% BF. But point taken, I will do more research. D. OK E. I remember reading somewhere that I had to take a break from ADex because it affected the thyroid and metabolism indirectly. Must've been something else?

everything obama blows said and i will add that for your first cycle you should just run the same dose the whole time. reason is if you are gyno prone and you front load you will play hell trying to get it under control. you have no idea what to expect so take it easy the first time. front loading is a more advanced style of cycling.
