STATS, DESCRIPTION, GOALS
I'm 32 and have been training consistently for about 4 years now. I am 6ft and weight 205 and roughly a 12% bf. A trainer at my gym use the pinch test for my bf so it could be off a bit. I did a few cycles back in my early 20s and now I want to do a test only cycle to see how my body reacts again. I was planning on doing 300mg of TestC a week for 10 weeks. My main question is about pct. Back when I was young and dumb I didn't really worry too much about pct. But I really don't know much about it and looking for suggestions on what to use, how much, and for how long. Thanks.

Research is always better than being spoonfed a cookbook recipe. Use the search function to find threads on pct as well as look up previous cycle logs for cycles with similar compounds and durations.
Once you've done the legwork come back and propose your cycle with pct plan included then ask for a critique.
Not trying to be an ass, you will benefit greatly from the research.
