i dont understund something but arimidex and nolvadex arn't the same?
Two different chemicals. Aromatase Inhibitors like adex and aromasin are used during cycle. Nolva works with clomid during pct to block estro.....signal that the balls need to wake up etc.

I was eating 8x a day just to get 4000-4250 cal. For me, every meal seemed large and it was tough as hell. Plus it was about $225 every 2-2.5 weeks. I expected a rough response from followers.
zewiEveryone's diet is differnt just make sure its clean.. and that arimidex is .25mg e3d only add more if your nipples feel sensitive

He's starting you off with .25Mg every third day to keep any estro lower. If nipples get itchy then use every other day or even .25 daily. Adex is strong but you don't want super low estro either. High estro can be bloating, itchy nips, low energy, low libido. Low estro makes gains harder, and soreness at joints. Forums has a bunch of reading on low/high estro.. Test e takes a while to really kick in so its a gradual grow til week 5ish. Then you'll grow rapidly. At the same time it generally takes time before estro pops up. Being prepared makes cycle easier because you know the signs and have your ai to combat high estro..
Dbol converts to estro a lot. So that's why its suggested a good solid grow with test alone first. Second cycle is generally the same but test prop added first four Weeks. You'll grow a good 12+ pounds on test only. Many folks will do the test only cycle a few times and do great each time.

Ok now that I go that out of the way. TEST is the Base to every cycle I don't give a fuck what someone says.. TEST should always be there even at a low does.
Dbol shoould never be used on your first cycle. For two reason you have no idea what gear does to your body and the sides of Dbol bring. 2nd if you don't know about liver therapy you should not be messing with any oral period.
Another thing all cycles must have an AI no if ends or buts about.
PCT is for NOVA and Clomid--this are not AI these are SERMS and are used for PCT not during a cycle.
OK anyone i mean anyone that starts with AAS should only start with TEST E or C at 500mg a week for 12 weeks. this is the base.

what if i add testE 500mg/w from week 1 to 10? is too low nolwadex or what?
Dbol with first cycle is chaos to the body. You won't know which chemical is messing with you or how to combat that bad effect. Test e or test cyp only will put on mass and eady to combat problems.

Bruh, welcome to a bodybuilding forum as you know, and you will find all kind of personalities here just like anywhere else, you can't get all butt hurt because some one with more experience is telling that you doing things wrong. Obviously fast48 is right about everything he says. And yes your cycle sux my man, you are just going to get very disappointed with this cycle. Plus Nolva is a PCT for the most part. Arimidex or Aromasin are the standard AI on cycle, in the other hand, Test in a long ester only is your best bet for a first cycle!

Nope! Thats gonna grow boobs on you and lose all the gains. Go to forums and research first cycle. First cycle is test e or cyp only. Pill cycles only are for the girls(var etc).
