+ 3 First clenbuterol + anavar cycle

STATS, DESCRIPTION, GOALS

After training natural for almost 2 years and after some months reading about different compounds and its effects I decided to give a try to AAS.

Being helps by experienced people we designed a 6 weeks cycle using clenbuterol (2 weeks) + anavar (4 weeks) and I wold like to share with you my experience and my results.

The main goal for this first cycle was to cut some fat and to get into a better shape. I may say I´m very satisfied.

About the products I had used:

I used clenbuterol hilma 20 mcg for two weeks. Daily dosages as follows:

20/20/40/40/60/60/80
80/80/60/60/40/20/20

For doses over 20 mcg I was splitting it and taking it twice per day (20+20; 30+30; 40+40).

After finishing the clen I started using anavar hima 10 mg for 4 weeks. Doses were:

Day 1 - Day 5: 5 mg ED
Day 6 - Day 25: 10 mg ED
Day 26 - Day 30: 5 mg ED

For doses over 5 mg I was splitting the intake in two (5+5).

PCT (right now at day 14th):
I´m using clomiphene citrate hilma 50 mg

Day 1: 150 mg
Days 2-10: 100 mg
Days 11 - 21: 50 mg
Days 22 - 28: None

About the diet:

I changed a bit my diet and adapt it to the goals I had. Basically I was eating this:

• Meal 1: I have 4 egg whites and 1 yolk; 1/3 cup of oatmeal and 1/3 of one banana.
• Meal 2: I have one scoop of protein powder and a tbsp. of peanut butter.
• Meal 3: I have 4oz of either chicken, turkey or white fish; 3oz of sweet potato and a cup of asparagus.
• Meal 4: I have one scoop of protein powder and 1tbsp of peanut butter.
• Meal 5: I have 4oz of chicken, turkey, white fish, red meat or salmon and 4oz of green salad with a light dressing (I keep this light).
• Meal 6: 3 egg whites

About the training:

A typical week for me looks like this:
Day 1: My upper body
• Pullups 3 sets, 15 reps (take a short rest between sets)
• Bent over barbell row 3 sets, 15 reps (take a short rest between sets)
• Straight-arm pulldown 3 sets, 15 reps (again take a short rest between sets)
• Reverse grip triceps pushdown 3 sets, 15 reps
• One-arm dumbbell row 3 sets, 15 reps
• Seated cable row 3 sets, 15 reps
• Dumbbell shoulder press 3 sets, 15 reps
• Standing dumbbell upright row 3 sets, 15 reps
• Side lateral raise 3 sets, 10 reps
• Seated bent-over rear delt raise 3 sets, 15 reps
• Seated triceps press 3 sets, 15 reps
• Dumbbell bicep curl 3 sets, 15 reps

Day 2: Legs
• Dumbbell squat 3 set, 8 reps (heavy)
• Plie dumbbell squat 3 sets, 8 reps (heavy)
• Freehand jump squat 3 sets, 15 reps (heavy)
• Stiff-legged barbell deadlift 3 sets, 8 reps
• Leg press 3 sets, 15 reps
• Barbell walking lunge 3 sets, 30 steps
• Barbell lunge 3 sets, 15 reps (stationary)
• Lying leg curls 3 sets, 10 reps
• Seated leg curl 3 sets, 10 reps
• Leg extensions 3 sets, 10 reps
• Dumbbell squat 1 set, 100 reps

Day 3: Plyometric
• Dumbbell squat 3 sets, 30 reps (make sure to touch the floor with the dumbbells)
• Split squats 3 sets, 15 reps
• Barbell walking lunge 3 sets, 40 steps
• Freehand jump squat 3 sets, 15 reps
• Box jump 3 sets, 20 reps
• Bodyweight walking lunge 3 sets, 50 steps

Day 4: Resting day but I usually walked everywhere this day. Average distance: 7.3 miles.
Day 5: Upper Body
• Seated Cable rows 4 sets, 15 reps
• Bent over two-dumbbell row 4 sets, 15 reps
• Dumbbell shoulder press 4 sets, 15 reps
• Standing dumbbell upright row 4 sets, 15 reps
• Hyperextensions (back extensions) 3 sets, 15 reps
• Exercise ball crunch 3 sets, 20 reps
• Dumbbell alternate bicep curl 3 sets, 12 reps
• Preacher curl 3 sets, 12 reps
• Seated triceps press 3 sets, 15 reps
• Triceps pushdown 3 sets, 15 reps

Day 6: I either do 30 minutes of cardio or ‘active rest’
Day 7: I completely rest on day 7 (mostly because I am exhausted by this point lol)

Results:

After week 1 on Anavar, libido was higher than usual.
In total I earned 6 pounds and lost 3% body fat.
I felt way more energetic.
Got a much better body shape.
I got more toned and my stamina increased.
One of the things I liked about anavar was the lack of water retention.
The only thing I regret are my legs. I should had added an extra training session for them.

I swear I was reading your training split like girl your only gonna do those legs once a week? Haha did the var help your strength do up at all?

You look awesome and tightened up nicely. I think the only thing I would have adjusted was your carbs. I would have added some carbs pre workout and then post workout.
