FALL BULKING CYCLE (TEST E/DECA/D-BOL)

This will be my 5th cycle. I have previously completed 4 12 week cycles of TEST-C @ 200/400/800/1000mg/week over the last 20 months. I have been lifting a little over 2 years now. I wanted to try this cycle to see if I could kick things up a notch. I got interested in weight lifting while doing core training with my first trainer. The first time I picked up a dumbell, something just clicked and I haven't been able to stop since then. I started training with another trainer about 17 months ago that is a competitve bodybuilder. My goal is to compete at least 1 time before I turn 60. I'm in excellent shape for my age (just turned 55), and could probably put some 20 yo's to shame. However, I still have a lot of work to accomplish to become competition ready (my trainer thinks I'll make it to the Olympia, lol), I'll settle for just getting a PRO card.

So, here's some of my stats:

Age: 55
HT: 6'1'
Wt: 230
BF: 14%

When I started training with my current trainer:

Wt: 190
BF: 10%

Because he's trying to get me bulked up, he said to not worry about fat so much, but to try and gain with miniaml fat increase. Now, this is where I have had a little trouble, b/c my first cycle I thought I needed to consume 6000 cal/d to gain - and I did - I went from 200 to 240 in twelve weeks (oops) had to learn the hard way and also had to go on a cutting diet for a while. My current diet posted is similar to the ratio of C/P/F's I used in my last cycle (1000mg Test-C/wk). My gains were nice and gradual throught the cycle and my wt increase from 220 to 240. Body fat did not change significantly. My concerns in this cycle again will be if my plan incorps enough carbs to support the more aggressive cycle - any input on the cycle, diet etc is appreciated. Short term goal for me now would be to get myself up to a solid 250lb and 10% bf by May or June.

Thanks for the guidance here on this cycle and esp PCT, was really helpful - I'll tweek the tables and post updates as the cycle progresses !

I agree with the AI but it thought you should wait 5 days after hcg to start pct.

Makes sense, so ADEX should continue to end of HCG, then start SERM.

Would PCT be better b/c of DECA shutdown to run clomid 100/100/50/50 instead of NDEX ( I found at least 1 source that suggested it)?

You have to run clomid as pct. Thats the one that get your balls fully working. Zewi has a perfect PCT in the community...forums...pct section. zewi/cdaddy/gs had bloods to show it works.

Was probably my best cycle, I landed at 240 end of cycle which was+20 lb so even if half that was lean muscle - looking at about a 10 pound gain - was holding the gain pretty well for 4 weeks but contracted pneumonia and wasn't able to eat for a few days - went back down to 230 but look much better at that weight than ever. Recup/repair at that dose is phenomenal (my trainer even noticed)and joints/tendons/muscles never hurt which allowed me to train harder and more frequently - really helps with increased strength and overall gains - pretty awesome experience.

There seems to be a lot of variation in ADEX dosing - depends on the individual - in my previous cycles I went with less - 0.5mg e3d and labs indicated i seemd to be clearing estrogens ok - change in cycle means hard to predict - so I would say start low and increase only if sides 0.25mg e3d and go up from there. I have seen recommendations to start as high as 0.5mg ed in this type of cycle though.

Yes, youre thinking is correct. .25e3d...bump to eod. THen if needed .5 eod. It has a longer halflife

Would you agree with caber 0.25 mg twice per week and increase based on sides to a max of 1mg week?

Yes the caber can be moved up as needed. 1mg would suggest bunk caber or underdosed.

Dbol at 50 is strong. 4 weeks at 50 then week 5 at 25 to avoid the energy drop when you stop the dbol. Milk thistle or liv52 to keep liver happy. No alcohol use with dbol as liver will be working hard. Lots of water to keep you flushed..gallon plus a day and keep salt to minumum to avoid bloat and bp issues. If you get bp issues you can just run at 25. Good dbol is bionic so be prepared to adjust if eeded

Just saw the posts, damn, thought I had the PCT nailed - will do some more research -caber is on order but will new to study up on protocol for it as i haven't used before. Thanks for everyone's input & I'll rework some stuff.
