212-215 lbs
28 years old
5th cycle
BF - 15% ish
B/P - 108/74 this morning before coffee.

Haven’t cycled in over a year. I am clean form all drugs/alcohol/other meds. I get bloodwork every six weeks already due to medical issues from youth. Training 6ish days. In addition, Cardio 3-4 times a week, yoga once a week, deep tissue work once a week when corona bullshit allows. I train primarily around strength but with a lot of accessory lifts. Currently don’t know my maxes but bench 295 5x5, squat 425 5x5, dead 405 3x5.

I’m ok with my bf where it is. This cycle is about some size and strength. Diet is consistent but not rigid. Shoot for at least 3000 a day in real clean food and anything over that is whatever. Water consumption is at about a gallon. Probably drink too much other bullshit like Diet Coke and diet sprite, but I’m off the booze so I’ll take it.

I’ll be using products from pharmaqo: test p, dbol, tri test, adex, pct tabs

Plan is to front load with dbol and test p, run tritest, taper with test p again at the end so the test d in the tri can wear out, then run pct tabs, maybe some hcg if my balls are gone. Have all on hand. I have gyno already from using epistane like a retard in highschool, but I’ll be on adex and have letro If needed.

Test p @ 100ed for first ten days
Dbol for for weeks, split dose

The pct tabs have nolva, cloned; and I think cialis. First time using them.

Great to see your BP in there. +2 for that.

Will you progressively up the calories? You’ve got an active plan laid out and I’m an inch taller, leaner and lighter than you and I’ll cut on around 3,000 if you’re goal is strength and you’re not concerned with adding some fluff id up the calories with 250+ grams of protein. Everyone’s body is different and you’ll know your own best but I would be aiming for 3,800+ progressively upped through the cycle.

So right now it’s 3000 that I count and plan on. I usually eat an extra meal at work so it’s probably closer to 3500 total. I usually start eating more on anyways but will see how things are going after two weeks and change diet from there. I don’t do any shakes or supplemented protein at this point, so I may add that if I am feeling underfed.

Gotta watch the bp. Especially on dbol. Head starts to feel like it’s gonna pop when I tie my shoes.

Never used any of their products but have a good history with pharmacom. I’ll try to post updates after pinning each new compound, and how the dbol is after the first week. I’m a little worried that tritest is gonna have some pip being so concentrated.

I tried some Adrol 50 a few years ago and got such bad migraines that it’s scared me away from it. Had to stop after two weeks. I’ve seen it do wonders for people but don’t wanna risk that again when I know dbol works pretty good with my body.

I can appreciate that pal - when I first tried it years ago I felt like utter shit, depressed and full of the cranial headaches too. Then as time passes by and your body adjusts to different levels of hormones if you decide to keep cycling, you'll find those compounds you couldn't tolerate often become no big deal.
