Hello folks, 193lbs here looking to lean down before trying to put size on again.
I am a returning dad who is taking a self prescirbed dose of 120mg test E a week TRT and is looking for what basics I can add to help trim down quicker.
should I up my dosage of test?
open to suggestions
I am no stranger to AAS as I did compete when I was 21-25

Your on 120 cyp trt where does that put your testosterone levels and eateogen levels. That would help to see
8-14 anavar 50mg split am pm...25..25.
Just curious, if you competed then you know exactly what it takes to be lean and crispy. Help me to figure this out than I can help you reach your goals because, 120mg most likely is barely a TRT and if you are looking to build you will need more, nothing else is really needed except for a quality diet, daily fasted cardio to "trim down".
Typically I used a coach For AAS and Diet so didnt need to do much thinking thats what they there for,expereince and knowledge.
im not looking to use what we used to get into contest prep shape because im not competing nor do I need that much again .
you said help you figure this out but im not quite sure what your asking for help figuring out my man.
what should i look at going up to ? I am fin eiwiht just diet cardio and test to lose the weight rather than getting more drugs involved.
I think for me Just using Mast and Test in general will be the best outcome to keep things basic and not go too crazy
I can use mast and test on Cut or even a bulk and minimal sides and minimal finicail damage as well.
You can use any drugs you want, comes down to diet and cardio. I use Test /primo/dhb/eq during lean phase and growth phase.
Muscle building dose of Test at least 300-400mg per week, increase cardio, Slu pp 332 / methylene blue should get you where you wanna be.

Yes, I lean and growth phase using the same drugs diet and cardio changes!
Makes sense. I’m planning something similar for next cycle. Less compounds=less complexity=easier cycle as well. Sounds pretty efficient.
300mg even if thats my normal weekly dose no blasting?
Depends on your experience and blood work, you listed 120mg per week, if you are good on higher dose then by all means use what get you the progress you are looking for while keeping yourself in healthy ranges.
I did a cut recently with 175 mg test, 4 iu gh and tirzepitide that was the easiest and most successful cut I’ve ever done. I will do it again thus summer but with a little more test and some primo or mast. If you haven’t looked into GLP-1 agonists I would consider giving them a shot, especially once you have lost some of the weight on your own and have diet and exercise really dialed. They are a game changer mentally since they remove hunger and physically as they actually accelerate fat loss.
Let me ask you this...if it curbs your hunger are you still getting 6 meals in a day? Do you have to force yourself to get them in?
I usually do five meals a day when cutting but no I don’t have to force them down. Like anvil said, start really small and bump up the dose until you get the desired effect. I basically use it to take the edge off. It keeps me from waking up in the middle of the night hungry or wanting to binge after cardio. You still have to be on top of macros and all that, it just relieves the worst sides from being in a defecit
You use them a minimum dosage to get the effect, you still eat but more than likely if you eating at a deficit then your portions are smaller, and you crave less of the binge cheat foods.

What is your height and do you have a questimate of your bf%?
What is your test and estrodol levels at 120 mg per week?
The initial obvious answer would be to start with getting your diet in check and focus on a caloric deficit. Implement more cardio sessions.
There is compounds that will help with cutting and to dry you out that have minimal to no water retention, thinks like anavar, mast.
Compounds like clen will accelerate weight loss by its thermogenic properties.

Yes mast is typically something you do if you’re under 15% bf . GLP-1 and other popular agonists are really gaining popularity and proven results. Var is one of my favorite compounds to help with a dry look with minimal sides. I would say, get your bloods first to see where your test is at on 120mg and potentially go up to 200mg which would help accelerate fat loss.
