+ 2 Bodybuilding not Physique! Getting freaky looking.
I’m 42 years old. 6’3” 245lbs 10% body fat at the beginning of my 14 Week Prep. I’ve run many cycles before, but only been in one show and that was bodybuilding. I decided to start HGH, NPP, Test, EQ, and Mast. The Eq is simply to be able to keep my test lower throughout. At 8 weeks out I keep the Eq on for a couple more weeks and switch other compounds to HGH, Tren Ace, Mast Prop, Test Prop. At 6 weeks out I add 50 mg Anavar. At 10 days out, I drop the oils and start running 100mg Winstrol Depot and 100mg Anavar. I keep the HGH all the way through unlike most. I just cut the dosage down. For carb up, when I’m shredded, I use 25 mg Anadrol and Glucophage. “BID” means twice per day. I use 1000mg TUDCA and lots of NAC for liver health and Hawthorne Berry Extract and Celery Seed Extract for Blood Pressure. For Sleep, Pharma Grade GABA and Melatonin. Oh, and a little MJ:-). I’ll move water around with carbs and cut fluids a little the night before and day of. But, water is needed for carbohydrate metabolism. So, a little helps.

I am thinking you might be to big for physique. Why the switch?
I’ve had bad injuries to my thighs and knees from a couple accidents. So, that definitely effects how my legs look. I decided to try physique while trying to bring my legs back up this year. I actually used to bodybuilding and make fun of Men’s Physique and now I’m doing it. Life teaches lessons. I just did tons of cardio this off season and destroyed any mass I had in my legs. So, I’m doing bodybuilding next time around. I train legs at least 3 times per week(2 Quad, 1 Hams). Thanks for the feedback.
I wouldn’t add Masteron 16 weeks out, I’d go with mast p starting 8 weeks out.
