BJJ peak summer training and recovery - bi-annual cycle

Age: 41
Weight: 170lbs
Height: 5ft6"
Body Fat: 14%

Goals:
- BJJ 6 days per week peak training summer program
- Cut to 8% body fat, build a leaner more muscular physique
- Will be eating a slightly caloric deficient diet on weekends and 2,500 p/d on training days. I'm mostly a pescatarian these days so will stick to my staples: Dinner: dark greens, brown rice, salmon. Breakfast: fruit-loaded oatmeal, espresso, protein shake. Lunch: Kale Cesar Salad rotating proteins (Haliburt or Tuna). Pre-workout: Protein shake and boiled eggs. Cheat meal: Sushi-Sunday's b#tches! Vegan yogurt and a case-in shake when hunger kicks in Smile
- Increase recovery thresholds to allow for more consistent training
- Prevent injuries and allow for a more consistent strength & conditioning program in parallel.

Concerns:
- Athletic focus: this is about adding lean muscle mass.
- The cycle must not affect cardio.
- Clean diet a must. Need clean energy and recovery.
- Prone to water bloat. Salt intake is critical. Lower dosages also helpful.
- Prone to gyno - need a solid SARM and PCT protocol. This is where I welcome the most tweaking from experts. Bloat + Gyno are always my concerns.
